Also the native integration to include the meeting links from either Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom makes it super easy to schedule sessions with coachees on the platform of your choice synced with the calendaring system of your choice. The fact that simply coach leverages and integrates with common calendaring and meeting solutions seamlessly is what makes it so good. > > **Puntos en contra**: There is nothing I dislike. Sometimes, the new features added might have some limitations but their team is quick to respond and fix them when notified. > > It has been a breeze. Each time we decide to purchase some additional software, we see an announcement that the capability we're after is being added to Simply Coach. This has happened multiple times so far, we wanted to get an SMS system to send session reminders via text and Simply Coach added this feature as an out of the box functionality. We wanted to get a system to do contracts and invoices and simply coach has recently added that feature too. The only other software you will need is Microsoft 365 for email, calendar and meetings and Simply coach integrates with it seamlessly. For everything else, there's simply coach. They work very hard to provide their clients with support. The staff is also willing to hop on a call, chat or send emails to resolve bugs and issues. Even though the company has opposite hours from mine, they set up calls with me during my business hours. I appreciate that deeply. The money I save by having everything under one roof is perhaps one of the sweetest hidden rewards, as it's all there for the most meticulous record-keeper. > > **Puntos en contra**: Their hours of operation are the opposite of mine, and at first, that was an issue. Their AI-powered chat has helped fill that gap immensely, as their support AI is among the best I've used. No Favourites settings. Unpleasend navigation. No Simple as it wants to suggest. Limited functionality in Trial makes no sense. When a program is active and a client signed up for it, you can not change the program or journey without having the client sign up again (Completely useless, for everyone annoying feature) > > Missing Key Features, like Client app, import and export. Support is reasonably fast, but with mixed knowledge and expertise. Bad marketing, offering a Trial for 14 days and having limited functionality without making users aware of it until they hit road blocks. Very inflexible problem resolution.
