When we got audited by the SEC 3 or 4 years ago, I asked my rep (Craig Dinan, who is amazing) if he could help me get what the SEC requested and he got it to me the day I requested it\! Meanwhile, we use a different provider for email through an agreement with a different company. That provider took more than a week and there was a pretty serious charge to get it.
