N/A la verdad el sistema no tiene algo que no me guste, es un sistema muy completo.

La facilidad con la que introduces actividades y son comunicadas. Los informes de los que puedes disponer. Son de gran ayuda.
Contras:
Echo de menos la posibilidad de crear actividades que se repiten en el tiempo sin la necesidad de copiar y pegar.

Comentarios: Easy to use and maneuver around. The system is pretty easy to use and both efficient and effective.

I found Find My Shift to be an excellent tool in time sheets, client hour billings, invoicing, and more. The system is pretty easy to use and both efficient and effective.
Contras:
I love using it, just the least i kind of want to see improvement is when you type a name, you have to click refresh to have the name populate. This could be confusing for certain people.

Un-able to block time off, requests can come in whenever regardless. We need the ability to decide when people can take time off

It is slightly on the pricey side for small business of around 6 -10 employees. We dont need the scheduling and a lot of the other features but we do need the ability to track clocking in and out of 6/7 employees

N/A - Nothing negative to say, other than in our case specifically perhaps, ease & depth of integration with Xero, there are other packages perhaps further developed in that regard.

Coping shifts is somehow complicated if you share the page with other services.

It is a cost to bear, but configuring the options make it very powerful.
Comentarios: it is a bit of a learning curve, but once you dig through through the options and configure it to meet your requirements it feels great.

Comentarios: Find My Shift is a great rostering software. The app works well, and the website is user-friendly. We use it to manage our company’s staff roster, and it’s been very efficient and easy to use. One feature that would be really helpful is a version history for every roster, showing who edited it and how many times it’s been updated. Other than that, everything is already in place and working smoothly.

pleased with the product
Comentarios: We enjoy using the system and it has helped us bring down our management overhead as a result. making it easy for team to view, accept and log their hours has made a big difference.
Puntos a favor:
its easy to use and give multiple layers of management oversight, from viewer to admin. Giving staffing team the flexibility to monitor their teams, and senior or management/ team leaders the ability to amend aspects and send requests. Budgeting and reporting tools are also very useful for planning and analysing using team data.
Contras:
the baby blue message windows with pale text do need a little amending, very hard to read.
A great Staff Rota System App for small businesses

Pity you cannot edit rotas from your phone in the app if you are an administrator.
Highly recommend - straightforward software, full schedules available at a glance
Comentarios: As a manager, Findmyshift has simplified rota compilatation, wages calculations and has provided staff with a very easy to use tool to view their schedules weeks in advance

Easy to use for both staff and management. Everything in one place and all staff schedules instantly visible. Very useful for working out monthly wages.

I have found no cons when using Findmyshift, nor have my staff
Great Planning and Communication tool
Comentarios: Overall I am very happy with the platform and it is a very good communication and planning tool, in relation to work scheduling.
Puntos a favor:
I think it is a great platform for scheduling work and projects in advance and providing that information to the team/crew. It is also great for checking back and reviewing time spent on each project, and it is great for recording Employee days off in advance and reviewing them when necessary.
Contras:
Overall it is a great platform, I think it would be useful to have a parallel surface for admin to schedule the work in advance and add project notes. This data can then be reviewed and finalised before it is available to the Employees to view on their own device.
Great for a medium sized restaurant with a lot of staff

I like being able to see weeks at a time, add holidays and count sick, it's great staff have the app and know what they're doing
Contras:
Typing things in wrong - I've almost paid people for 1 hour between 9 and 10am rather than their 9am-10pm shift
Instant Staff Scheduling for all in a single platform
Puntos a favor:
Everyone can access his or her rosters in real time. Ability to request changes and apply leaves as well as supervisors to plan staff scheduling.
Contras:
The initial setup is a bit confusing when understanding of the rota and timesheets. Work efficiency will be increased once get familiar with the UI and logic.
