A veces se me olvida marcar el tiempo, sería bueno añadir un recordatorio cuando se vea que está haciendo actividad uno, por ejemplo, no tienes activado hustaff, ¿deseas activarlo?

Great but a bit pricey
Comentarios: I was great my only complaint is the price point to have multiple users.

I find it too expensive and with too many up sells for a well rounded product experience.

Comentarios: it is not a good tool if you want to track time in multiple locations or need to upload pictures of work that is done

it enables tracking in geo locations when it works, can track working from home not offsite or travel or multiple site that is an area of improvement

glitch constantly configurations are getting off like enable location tracking, away to complex to manage and understand

Expectations vs reality
Comentarios: Exciting but extremely frustrating. The support staff, while helpful are limited in what they can actually assist with resulting in many tickets being sent to the development team and extremely lengthy delays in any kind of response, if at all.

The tasks add on is great for project management and keeping staff on track
Contras:
Auto clock in is unreliable due to mobile data reception in some buildings. A lot of the features are not working and I am still waiting on support to rectify them, including my inbox, which makes it extremely difficult for me to track my own tasks and organise my day. Notifications have been turned off several times in organisation and personal settings but everyone is still being slammed with emails. The work orders are very clunky and there are no options to duplicate for one or two days (only) rather than weekly, or monthly. The timesheets are a joke - manual tracking is inconsistent and manual entries after the shift for payroll purposes are clunky and time consuming, especially for long shifts where you need to record a meal break.

They won't let you downgrade your account. I can remove seats but no way to change my billing so that I stop getting billed for the seats I removed.

Keep your profit safe and accurate
Comentarios: I use Hubstaff to manage my working hours and then settle my goals within a milestone, this way you can keep your project's profit accurate

I used to like husbtaff until i've got a problem of not getting it work and tried to sort this with customer service but they are very poort in attending yoiur enquiries, and they don't have a voice support. Imagine having technology but no one can walk you through to fix the issue.

That i didnt feel the time tracking, it tracks time so well and smooth, we all dont feel it, dont have to think about it. it does the job! it also looks great, nice friendly layout.

The billing department and the billing experience! As i was checking out the subscription (i am on a monthly subscription), and want to check how much would a yearly billing save me. i moved a knob from monthly to yearly and my credit card was charged! no warning, no confirmation, no thank you and no confirmation (on the web or the email) I found out by chance, a few hours later that my CC was charged for a year. Also, i was charged for a year after i just paid a week before. i had to write the billing support 3 times and they acted as if they didnt understand what is the big deal. which is a frustrating thing to do to a client. 780 bucks IS a big deal for me. also their replies were vague, late, and it took 3 emails before i was finally given the link to cancel this transaction. the app is amazing, the billing interface and support is terrible.

The activity rate and screenshot, it will help the team leader to monitor the activity of their team member.
Contras:
Sometimes the update has a bug, if I update the hubstaff then it not always succeed sometimes it will popup and shows error, if the update is not complete the hubstaff will stop automatically and my work time will not be included
Activity % must be improved
Comentarios: The activity % is quite annoying. Because though I work continuously it never reaches 100%
