Revolucionario software de POS para tintorerías y lavanderías, que funciona en cualquier dispositivo. Además, ofrece aplicaciones de recogida y entrega para iOS y Android.
I also found the new tools as all in one POS that help a single stores to integrate door dash and control communications with the costumers trough marketing or txt communications.
There are some things that are less-than-intuitive about the software, such as how to delete an order, and some features can be a bit hard to find.

Comentarios: En general estoy feliz con CleanCloud. La facilidad y lo intuitivo que es el programa hace que tu experiencia de usuario sea genial. Es muy rápido de configurar y en pocos minutos ya puedes tener tu tienda operativa y poder atender a tus primeros clientes
Puntos a favor:
La facilidad del software es increíble. Cuando planeaba montar la primera tienda no tenía idea de cómo iba a gestionar mis pedidos hasta que encontré clean cloud, lo probé 7 días y me pareció espectacular. En unas horas configure todo y ya tenia mi lavandería lista para empezar a recibir clientes.
Contras:
Nos ayudaría mucho a los pequeños negocios que los costos de SMS no fueran tan elevados. Básicamente mejorar las herramientas de marketing para poder potenciar la publicidad hacia nuestros clientes. Por otro lado, el costo de rentar el software es bastante elevado y creo que deberían dar algún descuento a los clientes que pasen el año usando clean cloud, ya que eso significa que son negocios consolidados que seguirán con CleanCloud durante muchos años mas.

Software especializado para lavanderías y tintorerias. Constante evolución y excelente soporte!!! Aplicación móvil para clientes y drivers de alta calidad
Contras:
Debería mejorar la gestión de listas de precios para países de alta inflación como Argentina

PRACTICO Y ESCALABLE
Comentarios: Mi experiencia es buena por que la comunicación con el cliente está muy bien resuelta. y es lo más importante.
Puntos a favor:
Me permite crecer y tenerlo todo controlado, definiendo el taller y diferentes locales de Tintoreria, La trazabilidad de las prendas es buena, y la usuabilidad es muy intuitiva.
Contras:
Al inicio de la actividad resulta complicado rentabilizar su coste, por el volumen de prendas. Por otro lado hecho de menos poder hacer un seguimiento y control de las prendas, cuando las subcontrato; por ejemplo peletero, alfombras, teñidos, pequeñas costuras, etc. También creo que seria útil poder cotizar un servicio no solo por precio/unidad y precio/kg., sino también por precio/m2 como es el caso de las alfombras y las cortinas. Llevar la contabilidad depende de la compra de otro programa, en los pequeños negocios lo más necesario es la emisión de facturas y su control. Tampoco me gusta que una vez has facturado un servicio a un cliente, no lo excluya de la factura mensual.

Comentarios: Me ayudó en la limpieza y en lo que necesitaba del momento, es de calcio utilización, no ocupa mucho espacio y no me genero ningún inconveniente desde que lo utilice

Su fácil utilización, la manera eficiente del limpiador, me pareció un lindo logo, me ayudó con los problemas que necesitaba en el momento

Por el momento no he encontrado algo que me desagrade de la este software, me parece muy completo para la función que se necesita

Clean Cloud App is the best for the money and value.
Comentarios: Overall CleanCloud is a great partner to work with in terms of responsiveness, and willingness to do some limited back end customizing at no charge and getting it done quickly via trouble tickets/inquiries.
Puntos a favor:
This software is so robust in features for the value you get vs monthly cost it really cannot be beat. The integration options are outstanding, API availability, customization options, ease of customization, and choices to be able to adapt to our business model. Not to mention the business accounts feature which has been fantastic for our business. Highly recommend this to any laundry or dry cleaning service.
Contras:
The support is only available through trouble tickets. When updates and new features are added there is no communication as to what has been done. We often find new features accidentally. Initial setup does take some technical knowledge and confidence. Especially on the hardware setup. A pure novice or someone not tech confident may find initial setup frustrating.

Hi Tony, thanks for your review! Our customer success managers and our support team are able through email or call now. Each new customer is also getting an onboarding session to go over the different features of the platform and start setting up their account as well as ongoing support.
Supper POS software
Comentarios: I very happy and satisfied to start using clean cloud, after being operating in US prior with another app platform, that i was able to fulfill the holes that the past software need it to have fix or integrate.
Puntos a favor:
I was able to deployed in less than one week , having to switch from and older software. I also found the new tools as all in one POS that help a single stores to integrate door dash and control communications with the costumers trough marketing or txt communications.
Contras:
The integrations require a little of software education, that can get a little confuse for maximum efficacy. But going over the manuals and video tutorial helps.
Works for us
Comentarios: Works! But has its limitations, like everything. Best I've found so far.
Puntos a favor:
The simplicity of the staff entering orders is great. Cleancloud is great with wanting to make a difference and improve their systems. They're listening to their users, and improving.
Contras:
EFTPOS integration, would love Tyro as an option. The User Experience on the management side could definitely improve.

The browser needs to be refreshed at times to see the most up to date information.

Comentarios: Overall I love the people and the knowledge they have. They are easy to work with and i love the webnars when they do updates. Great communication.
Puntos a favor:
I love the tracking of the orders for the customer. I appreciate the fact that every customer is updated through the process from when it is picked up to when it is delivered. The fact that they can get updates via text or email allows me to close more deals with customers knowing they have control during the process.
Contras:
The lack of flexibilty in your payment plan. I prefure payment mid month for the next month but they only allow on the first of the month and you cant prepay unless you pay the whole year i. Advance.

Contras:
Too many vendors to contact for customer service help. There are 3 vendors when there is a problem that I may have to contact and not knowing which one is annoying!!!! There is CleanCloud themselves and if they can't help then I have to go to the CleanCloud authorized POS Vendor I purchased the equipment from and then if they can't help I have to go to the POS equipment manufacturer. There needs to one customer service number with a person who can oversee the handling of the issue and facilitate the final resolution without having to call all over the place!!!

Hi George, thanks for the feedback and glad you like the loyalty program. Our Support team are available to deal with any software issues, unfortunately hardware issues do need to be solved by the hardware vendor or manufacturer as we don't supply those.

Comentarios: Overall experience has been good, support has been helpful. Understand that it is still a relatively new software and is still improving.

Offers the ability to chat live with support and also submit suggestions for items you would like to see customized or changed.
Contras:
Fabricare system had more reports and ease of use on many features

Excellent Product for Laundromats
Comentarios: Been very pleased with the product, once I got used to the features. There is a slight learning curve, but the support team is very good in guiding the user to get the best out of the product.

Integration with Doordash Would like to have a better forum where current Cleancloud users can share their knowledge and tips with each other.

Great Software
Comentarios: Great software.
Puntos a favor:
The software help me triple my revenue by addding Pickup and delivery.
Contras:
There was issues but the support team are very helpful with solving the issue.
The Best Choice for Small or Large Laundromats!!
Comentarios: Love it! Most affordable software I have found that doest nickel and dime you to death with extra features. They take customer suggestions and actually put them into fruition. They do polls about your concerns and try to work them out.

The monthly cost. The fact that I didnt have to purchase a POS system its online. I can access it anywhere. I can cancel or upgrade at any time. Ease of use once setup. Free booking software and web.
Contras:
Generic looking booking tool. Would like to be able to add some pizazz!

Dry Cleaning POS
Puntos a favor:
CleanCloud is very user friendly for my employees. I have a wide range of age in my employees and they have all adapted well to using CleanCloud. I also love that I can pull up the program at home to address issues or send invoices.
Contras:
We have some confusion with our specific laundromat getting messages from a different laundromat a few states away. I've sent a support message but the bugs haven't quite been worked out yet.

How quick everything can be set up. There is a charge to start the site and app. But seeing the growth of the app and how simple everything was made me stay for so long.
