Comentarios: Mi experiencia con Netsuite ha sido increible, ya que he logrado optimizar, controlar y gestionar todos los procesos de la organización desde un solo software. Además, ha sido muy buena en cuanto a mi experiencia profesional ya que no solo he aprendido acerca del sistema sino tambien a nivel profesional y laboral, tomando decisiones acertadas con argumentos con ayuda de netsuite.

Puntos a favor:

Lo que mas me ha gustado de Netsuite es la interfaz y la manera en como se personalizan reportes e informes para poder obtener información de valor.

Contras:

No puedo decir algo que no me guste de netsuite. En general, han sido solo ventanas para nuestra organización.

Alternativas consideradas: SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence

Razones para elegir NetSuite: Porque queria mejorar la información de mis clientes.

Software anterior: R-Sales

Razones para cambiar a NetSuite: Porque la interfaz era mucho mas facil e intuitiva para los usuarios. Además, porque la posibilidad de crecimiento, mejora y actualizaciones de Oracle Netsuite son muy interesantes.

Muchas caracteristicas pero muy lento

Comentarios: Un ERP Muy completo y con una infinidad de módulos para operar en una empresa en todos sus departamentos, ofrece soluciones muy profesionales

Puntos a favor:

Ofrece una amplia gama de funciones: Netsuite incluye gestión contable que use mucho en una empresa hace unos años, nóminas, gestión de proveedores, gestión de bodegas, gestión de inventario, gestión de ventas, soporte al cliente y muchas otras características más quen realidad casi no ocupe

Contras:

La verdad es que es un ERP excelente, pero como operábamos NetSuite en Chile, este no iba muy rápido, a ratos se caía y nos generaba uno que otro dolor de cabeza. Pero en general es muy buen ERP

Puntos a favor:

Permite agregar de manera ajil y rapida las funciones que se requieran para el tipo de negocio en que se vaya a emplear.

Contras:

tiende a relentizar el equipo de computo donde se trabaje esta herramienta si no se cumplen con los requisitos minimos.

NetSuite Es lo que buscaba

Puntos a favor:

Es una herramienta demaciado util, intuitiva y completa.

Contras:

su valor es algo elevado a comparacion de otras herramientas, pero vale la pena por la cantidad de herramientas y buen diseño que tiene.

Gestión de recursos empresariales con en la nube

Comentarios: NetSuite es una solución empresarial sólida que puede ayudar a las empresas a mejorar la eficiencia y la gestión empresarial. Pero también hay consideraciones importantes a tener en cuenta antes de decidirse por este software, como el costo y su complejidad de aprendizaje.

Puntos a favor:

Es una solución integral que puede ayudar a las empresas a consolidar sus sistemas y mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión empresarial, ofreciendo una amplia variedad de características, incluyendo la gestión de pedidos, la gestión de inventario, la contabilidad y la gestión financiera. Además, la plataforma está basada en la nube, lo que permite el acceso desde cualquier lugar con una conexión a internet y la reducción de los costos de infraestructura

Contras:

El costo de NetSuite puede ser elevado para algunas empresas, especialmente las pequeñas y medianas, su implementación puede compleja para algunos usuarios, especialmente aquellos que no están familiarizados con los sistemas de gestión empresarial. Su personalización de la plataforma puede requerir habilidades técnicas especializadas.

Alternativas consideradas: SAP Business ByDesign, Sage Intacct, Odoo, Dynamics 365 y Acumatica Cloud ERP

Comentarios: La mejor plataforma de gestion de recursos empresariales hasta el momento.

Puntos a favor:

La facilidad de implementacion es increiblemente intuitiva.

Contras:

Hubo un ligero problema al capacitar al personal mientras iniciamos con la plataforma.

Grandes posibilidades de personalización!

Comentarios: A pesar de que no fue la opción final que elegimos, NetSuite es una gran opción para la mayoría de empresas. QUe no escogieramos NetSuite fue por pequeños detalles pero fue una opción hasta el final.Muchas opciones y grandes posiblidades de personalización.

Puntos a favor:

Netsuite es un software de gran alcance que puede permitir que una empresa en crecimiento establezca una gestión financiera eficaz. El alto nivel de personalización disponible también significa que se pueden producir informes detallados, lo que puede ser extremadamente útil para que una empresa identifique oportunidades de crecimiento o áreas de mejora.

Contras:

Aunque como tal no es un problema, como en la mayoría de este tipo de softwares, al principio es abrumador la cantidad de información que tienen que asimilar para sacarle partido debido a las enormes opciones que ofrece, sobre todo para los usuarios primerizos. Debido a que es altamente personalizable, esto puede ser una desventaja para las empresas con un departamento de sistemas reducido.

Un muy buen ERP para grandes Industrias y clientes

Comentarios: Netsuite es un ERP muy poderoso para contabilidad, gestión de facturas y muchas integraciones más. Muy recomendable para grandes players

Puntos a favor:

Es una herramienta muy potente para uso de grandes industrias, grandes corporaciones y clientes de comercio electrónico.

Contras:

Tal vez la compatibilidad con algunas herramientas hechas expresamente para la empresa en que lo utilizaba. Suele pasar en herramientas que solo estan diseñadas para un proceso en concreto. Pero es normal. Sin problemas

El mejor ERP en nube

Puntos a favor:

Facilidad para la toma de decisiones, me permite obtener informes de todas las áreas para el análisis.

Contras:

La implementación es complicada, pero una vez instalado es de gran utilidad

Bueno lo q agrada de esta herramienta es su facilidad de uso en la cal podemos puntuar la visibilidad y oportunidades para nuestro negocio

Contras:

No he encontrado fallas en este servicio solo un poco retrasado en la respuesta a consultas pero es muy bueno este software

NetSuite is a Great Option

Comentarios: Our account rep, account manager, and implementation lead are all really pleasant to work with and communicate well. The product is working well so far, and we're looking forward to our Phase 2.

Puntos a favor:

So customizable that you can configure it to do just about anything. A unique product that can really be for anyone. Once live, it's fairly intuitive.

Contras:

While the customization is amazing, you can get lost if you don't pay attention to the details or aren't working with someone who knows the technical nuances well when you set it up. Our implementor ([sensitive content hidden] ) helped us with this.

A leader in the industry

Comentarios: Easy to learn. Good ecosystem. Easy to modify.

Puntos a favor:

Netsuite is developer friendly. The ecosystem is large enough to find support easily

Contras:

I as a IT admin and a developer have no complaints about NetSuite. Maybe our different department members might differ on this opinion. A night mode UI would be nice.

Razones para elegir NetSuite: Our legacy system was too old. Had to upgrade

Razones para cambiar a NetSuite: Acumatica is more suitable for manufacturers or companies that sell expensive products with lower order volume, our orders are high volume. Our new AP said she had a bad experience with VAI

Comentarios: I guess it is ok not wow but I think it is challenging to know the system and utilize the tools available

Good but wouldn't choose it again

Puntos a favor:

A lot of customisation options & features. Can tailor it to work within your business needs.

Contras:

It takes a long time for new users to learn. Some features are falling behind competitors. Very difficult to integrate with other software.

An Adequate Project Based Time Tracker with Too Many Steps

Comentarios: NetSuite is a system that adequately does what you need it to and will cover your bases for project based time tracking and employee payments. But it's unnecessarily complicated and there are many hidden buttons even when working on a large screen.

Puntos a favor:

Once you get the hang of the system, it's fine for tracking your time and getting the employees what they need across a wide ranges of projects. The ability to track multiple projects is probably the best and only thing I like about it.

Contras:

The system is NOT intuitive. There are lots of extra buttons you have to hit to make certain time tracked is registered. It feels like jumping through hoops to get to a new line. There are extra steps that feel unnecessary to just put in a timesheet.

Alternativas consideradas: ADP Workforce Now

Razones para cambiar a NetSuite: It tracks our projects by each project better than ADP. We've been trying to switch over entirely but NetSuite just does the project tracking better than ANYON ELSE right now.

Don't waste your time. Look at another system like Odoo. Pay one fee and get full functionality.

Comentarios: My experience with NetSuite has been a nightmare, to say the least. We were sold on the promise of a fantastic, intuitive system that is completely customizable. What we got was a complicated system that requires a lot of duplication when it comes to assembly items, and poor customer service. You have to pay for every little feature you need. The only thing free is the run-around. Even though we paid for "Advanced Customer Support", I am still left with a list of 15 items that have not been resolved after paying around $10K for the Advanced Customer Support. We are in the process of switching to Odoo because it is FAR more user-friendly and when you pay for Odoo, you get ALL of the features whether you need them or not. Odoo also includes FREE technical support. Why should you have to pay for help with the product you already pay for?

An in-depth system able to handle the needs of large companies with multiple locations

Contras:

Overpriced. Poor customer service. It is not user-friendly for customizations.

Razones para elegir NetSuite: We had reached some of the limitations with QuickBooks Enterprise. It is not necessarily an ERP/MRP system and did not offer an online interface.

Razones para cambiar a NetSuite: NetSuite made some pretty big promises, which, if it delivered, would have been fantastic.

Sometimes due to the number of features present its difficult to find what you need, also the format of expense claim is very 'old skool'

NetSuite ERP: Revolutionizing Business Management in Real Time

Comentarios: At first, I was overwhelmed by NetSuite, but now that I understand all of its functions, it's been fantastic. NetSuite functions as a central hub that links all of a company's moving components and provides users with the information and tools they need to stay ahead of the competition. NetSuite is an extremely strong tool because of its real-time data, automation, and central management capabilities.

Puntos a favor:

There are a lot of features in NetSuite that i like, specially its Real-Time Data Access. Everything in NetSuite updates in real time. It can instantly generate reports like profit and loss, balance sheet or cash flow statements. It makes Budgeting and forecasting so much easier with its analytics. It also helps in managing the inventory like monitoring stocks level, recorder points and location in real time. Updates the inventory automatically when new orders are fulfilled, reducing errors. It also allows us to see the interactions with a customer including purchase history, payment status and support.

Contras:

NetSuite is a powerful tool but it might take some training to understand all its features and workflow, specially non-technical users. It is also little expensive compared to other ERP software.

NetSuite is very useful software for keep our financial reports safe. It has feature of customize reports also. Also It can be useful for small businesses in scaling. It's dashboard is also very user friendly. In our work we need to consolidate financial and NetSuite makes it very easy. I think it has many features so we don't need to go to other software.

Contras:

I have used this software many times and I don't think that this software has any dislike.

Save time and know more about your business with Netsuite

Comentarios: I am a very big fan of NetSuite and I am excited about learning how much more NetSuite can do for our business that we haven't touched on yet. It has given us more visibility into our financials and shortened our closing time each period.

We like the ability to easily run financials on a project level basis and the automated features that shorten our close cycle.

Contras:

The customization that needed to happen to fit NetSuite into our current work processes and the transferring of data from our QB system to NetSuite was not smooth due to going live mid-year.

Comentarios: My overall experience with NetSuite so far has been quite interesting as I feel the need to know more about the application. There are functions on the platform that make a lot of the operational workload easier especially when it comes to reports. The application is dynamic and overall great to use for business operations.

Comentarios: Overall, the process was good, and we received a lot of support from the NS implementation team.

Once you learn the system, it's simple to use and gives you quick access at your fingertips. You can get a 360-degree view all from the same screen.

Contras:

Trying to find where training is, was not easy. It was necessary to know the NS verbiage to locate sessions.

Corporate Controller

Comentarios: I love working with NS, I think it's very user friendly, reporting is super flex and the ability to see consolidated reports at all times is incredible. The only things I think require improvement are the fixed assets repots and the billing schedules.

Puntos a favor:

1. The option to see the reports on a consolidated level 2. Reporting and the option to customize report is amazing 3. Search line 4. The ability to edit transitions 5. Advanced IC JEs

Contras:

1. Billing schedules are very challenging- for example quarterly billing for 2 years and for 1 year requires 2 different billing schedules, the system can only divide the quantity for non annual billing schedules etc. 2. No as of date vanilla report to track Inventory in transit and accrued expense related to inventory received where an invoice was not received. 3. Fixed assets module reporting- for example if an asset was sold the accumulated depreciation would show on the same column as the depreciation for the period.

NetSuite overall review

Comentarios: Beet working with NetSuite for around 6 years, I enjoy the ability to adapt it to the business that the company needs

Certain functions are not available, even though they seem to be basic(like downloading the list of historic exchange rates)
