Comentarios: Esta app nos ayuda a la realización de facturas de manera online y su seguimiento, desde cualquier dispositivo. Pudiendo comprobar en todo momento el estado de las cuentas de una manera muy clara y concisa. Este programa lo pueden utilizar todo tipo de mepresa, ya que es muy sencillo y muy económico, ahorrandonos mucho tiempo, y con ello aumentando nuestra productividad.

Puntos a favor:

Lo que más me gusta de esta app es su fácil funcionamiento, además de su ahorro de tiempo y su organización.

Contras:

Lo que menos me gusta es que no es accesible a todo el mundo, ya que tras la prueba gratis tiene un coste, no siendo totalmentegratuita.

Todo fácil y sencillo

Comentarios: Mi experiencia en general es buena puedo registrar los gastos en tiempo real,en su mayoría es sencilla de utilizar cumple con lo que promete y ayuda para sentirme menos estresada en mi día con día respecto al trabajo.

Puntos a favor:

Logras llevar la contabilidad de una manera fácil y sencilla,logras crear facturas sin tantas complicaciones,cuenta con un gran servicio al cliente que siempre están dispuestos a atender tus dudas y resolver problemas.

Contras:

Me desagrada que los precios de paquetes se basen en la cantidad de clientes que se tienen,la conciliación bancaria es un poco difícil de comprender creo que deberían mejorar en ese aspecto y ser un poco más sencillo.

Comentarios: En general bastante bueno, moderno y completo. Precio accesible para lo que tiene y lo que se puede hacer.

Puntos a favor:

Una de las cosas que mas me gustó y que no he visto es otros software de CRM o facturas, es el estilo actual y diferente que tiene para crear las facturas, me parece innovador y es algo que seguramente te hará ver como una empresa grande y moderna ante tus clientes. Muy completo, integración con bastante cantidad de bancos para llevar el control de tus gastos.

Contras:

Dos cosas me parece que le hace falta, lo primero es que el correo que se le envía al cliente debería contener un PDF con la factura, aparte del enlace para ir a la página y ver la factura en linea. La segundo que esperaba era poder agregar un método de pago como por ejemplo paypal, que permitiera a los clientes acceder a su cuenta paypal y pagar directamente el monto de la factura.

Comentarios: Es una buena Asesora esta aplicación ya que en la contabilidad nos beneficia con con los formatos contables , las cuentas por pagar se mantienen al día. Gracias a que esta aplicación nos asesora a que todo esté muy en orden y bajo el reglon correcto .

Great Invoicing Tool for Time Tracking

Comentarios: Freshbooks does manage the following VERY well: Time tracking against projects and clients; invoice creation based on tracked time; and one-off invoices or flat rate pricing. I also like the clean and easy to navigate interface.Generating and reading historical reports is quick and easy to determine things like, how quickly specific clients are paying (and who is historically slower at paying), income by client and income by project/work type.The phone app is functional for my needs, although it's a little clunky and not nearly as full featured as the desktop software. It's not bad, but not great. I have successfully tracked time on the app, then issued an invoice from my phone to my client's email inbox.Overall, Freshbook fulfills my needs as a consultant.

I really like Freshbooks for it's easy invoicing and time tracking. I was able to integrate it with Teamwork project management software so that more complex jobs that require detailed time tracking against tasks and milestones could be tracked there and then my time could be exported to Freshbooks. Freshbooks also integrated with my Paypal gateway, allowing me to accept major credit cards.

Contras:

Freshbooks collaboration with other contractors doesn't work very well. In addition, the per-client pricing has gotten pricey for those of us who have many one-off clients.The retainer payments feature was not easy to use.

Comentarios: FreshBook is accessible even to use who have no prior experience in accounting. It has also provided us with an affordable and flexible solution that has streamlined regular billing, improved cash flow and simplified payment procedures.

One of the best decision we made was investing in the right accounting tool. At the core of FreshBooks is it's simplicity. It is wrapped around a user-friendly and sleek user interface that enable us to quickly and efficiently prepare invoices with customizable templates, recurring invoices, and automated reminders, making it simple to track and collect payments from clients. Additionally it integrates with payment gateways such as PayPal which allow us to accept credit card payments directly within the FreshBooks. The time-tracking feature enables our employees to log hours worked, making it easy to calculate payroll expenses and generate accurate invoices for billable time.FreshBooks enable us to track key metrics and indicators of financial health and accurately report on our financial status of our company.

Contras:

FreshBooks provides us with excellent technical support, with a knowledgeable team that leave no chances for system outages or challenges because they help us solve all our issues on time

Really like FreshBooks but there's room for improvement

Comentarios: Here's the skinny on FreshBooks (the good, the bad, and the ugly): The Good:
You can't beat the visual dashboard for tracking outstanding and past payments for clients. It's a great billing system for small businesses and especially consultants or freelancers. The recurring billing/invoicing system is FAB! Like many platforms these days, Freshbooks showcases a library of "add-ons" to help enhance your experience. Some of the best ones (in my book, as a tech consultant and marketer) are Hubspot, Shopify, Mailchimp, Bidsketch, BaseCamp, and Podio. There's a decent time tracking feature, along with the ability to track expenses. You can create/assign staff to project billing. Of course, you can issue "estimates" to prospects for future projects. As you send invoices through the Freshbooks system, it will log "sent" emails for you. And the system is designed to handle manual invoices for snail mail as well. Each client/business that you bill receives their own "login" to your dashboard to view their invoice(s). This is a nice touch, as clients may often "misplace" that original email with your invoice in it... It integrates very nicely with Stripe and PayPal (although I hear that may be changing - what? I know) plus Freshbooks has its own payment feature. I never have issues with payments, they always come through the system promptly (for online playing, 24-48 hours, the norm). The Bad:
I'm not a fan of the reporting feature, while it's functional, it doesn't allow enough flexibility that a diverse consultant such as myself would like (need) to have. There are several reporting functions for each core feature (Accounting, Clients, Invoicing, and Time Tracking). But no option for custom reporting, which I often need as my diverse array of clientele has different process, set-ups, etc. At the very least, I would like to be able to customize the built-in reports on some level. I've not found an add-on that would assist me with this pain point. The Ugly:
Finally, sadly, the worst thing I have to say about FreshBooks is that the Android app is greatly lacking. As the years (and technology) progress, that could eventually become a deal breaker. All the features in the world won't do a consultant much good if all of those same features can't be accessed via mobile device. We're ALL mobile these days, doncha know. However, if you split your time between desktop/Mac and mobile, then Freshbooks is well worth a look!

Comentarios: The best experiences are yet to come they say, but to us, we have already having the best financial management experience with FreshBooks. It provides us with a safe space to work on our financial data without putting them at risks. FreshBooks help us to monitor our cash flow which has allowed us to understand how funds move in and our of the business. Its expenses tracking tools help us ensure no expenditures beyond our budgets.

With FreshBooks, it has been extremely easy to get detailed financial reports that help us gauge our financial health. FreshBooks has an inbuilt invoicing tool that help us create professional invoices with ease. It also offers expenses management functions that make it easy for us to track and manage our expenses. FreshBooks security tools has been so efficient at keeping our financial data safe and private.

Contras:

Much to our delight, we have not find anything not likeable in FreshBooks.

FreshBooks is all that is needed to perfect financial operations.

Comentarios: It has been a very yielding journey getting utilize FreshBooks powerful accounting tools to sort out our financial situation. It has made it easy for us to manage our cash flow and to streamline our financial operations like budgeting and invoicing. FreshBooks gives us accurate financial reports that gives us vision about our financial situation and ways to make it better.

FreshBooks has a expenses monitoring function that gives us accurate expenditure insights to help us avoid overspending. It has very powerful data security functions that keeps our financial data very safe and confidential. FreshBooks also provides outstanding financial analytical and reporting tools that makes it easy to evaluate our financial health.

Contras:

Honestly, all that could have gone right with FreshBooks has gone right leaving us with nothing to dislike about it at all.

Comentarios: Managing our financial health has been so easy with FreshBooks. It allows us to track our cash flow which allows us to get useful financial insights that we need to maintain a healthy financial situation. It also makes it so easy to generate customized invoices to collect monthly payments from our clients.

It has advanced cash flow analysis tools that gives us accurate financial reports to guide us on how to achieve healthy financial position. Contras:

FreshBooks has not shown us anything bad. There genuinely lacks anything to like least.

Give book-keeping a boost with FreshBooks!

Comentarios: I found the software to be very user friendly and easy to navigate. I am not very computer/tech savvy but I had no problem using it. FreshBooks helps me save a lot of time every day and allows me to do my bookkeeping much more efficiently than I had been previously.

Puntos a favor:

It made creating invoices super easy, quick, and efficient to do. I save so much time using FreshBooks!

Contras:

The cost is a little high compared to competitors prices, however, I still prefer to use FreshBooks.

Freshbooks - Still one of the best billing systems around

Comentarios: Able to run and invoice quickly. Add the strong integration that it has with Freshdesk for ticketing and my time tracking - it has allowed me to better streamline my operations.

Tracking and customer portal that is fully labeled as your own... this is a feature most competitors do not have. Know when your customers have viewed your invoices and even printed them! Slick mobile app

Contras:

Pricing has gone up vis a vis other comparable competitors. Ticketing is very basic. One issue that could have been done better is that this is more of a quoting system and not proposal based. So making fancier proposals you are best off using another platform.

Great accounting and invoicing software

Comentarios: Easy-to-use: Freshbooks A lot of functions are available and you can get started in a short period of time. Clients will love this for making payments. Freshbooks' user-friendliness and the fact that all of my clients are saved there are two things I really like. All of my client data has been held there for more than a decade.

Puntos a favor:

FreshBooks has a really visually appealing interface, and that's something I really like. Even after a long day at work, logging in never leaves me feeling drained. When I log in, the most crucial information is right there on the dashboard. FreshBooks can help me operate my design business. Tracking my time, creating estimates and invoicing, creating projects, setting up regular retainers, etc. are just some of the things I do.

Contras:

As a result, there can be a lot of confusion when it comes to automatic payments. The smartphone app itself also needs a lot of work. In addition, the FreshBooks customer service needs improvement. I'd like to see some of the more expensive plans' extras available to everyone.
