This online time keeping system for UKG is incredible

Comentarios: Paper-based or outmoded systems are being phased out in favor of a unified digital hub governed by uniform guidelines. Because of this, we have been able to push for the automation and uniformity of time-keeping.

Puntos a favor:

Employee timekeeping for hourly and salaried workers alike. Time and work order information for hourly workers is recorded. Time worked by salaried personnel is recorded, but only for the purposes of allocating allowances and matching task orders.

Contras:

It's possible that you'll hit a roadblock if your restrictions are very intricate. For instance, if your company is subject to CBA regulations, you may need to get inventive with your method or setup.

UKG Ready - HRIS & Payroll

Puntos a favor:

It is a great system for HRIS and processing payroll - the integration is seamless.

Contras:

There could be better resources tools for managers and employees

How easy it is to post on multiple job boards at once, which saves time.

Contras:

You need to go to the job post to specifically find candidates, rather than the general search bottom.

Payroll on the go made easy!

Comentarios: Mainly a positive one as our company never had an app to handle payroll.

Puntos a favor:

Being able to handle payroll on the go, and being to do it without resorting to the browser version.

Contras:

Some of the UI is a bit different fromt he desktop version.

UKG Ready is a yes!

Comentarios: It's been a great product for our organization. We are able to personalize it to fit out needs.

Puntos a favor:

The mobile app is easy to use. With a large PT workforce, its a a game changer.

Contras:

It can be confusing for people who aren't tech savvy.

UKG ready time keeping

Puntos a favor:

It is a great product for time keeping. I used it for 4 years before switching.

Contras:

It had a few flaws, like transferring time.

Great all in one software choice for payroll and time management.

Comentarios: Overall useful software for payroll and time tracking. Sometimes there can be issues when punching for breaks but very easy to double check and correct any errors for payroll.

Puntos a favor:

It's easy to use, intuitive and great for time tracking.

Contras:

Sometimes clocking in and punching in and out for breaks can be difficult.

User access-friendly

Comentarios: Good. Useful in all aspects. Easily sync with other data.

User friendly even to not tech-savy person

Except for the fonts, which could have been less bold, everything is ok.

I have a wonderful working relationship with a number of team members and have even gotten to speak 1 on 1 with the [sensitive content hidden] of the Company. I have not seen any other major company where the [sensitive content hidden] is that available AND willing to talk to you,

Puntos a favor:

UKG Ready is a highly customizable solution. Like a buffet, you can take a little of this and a little of that to get the features and functions you most want or need. The system is also highly scalable and expandable. We have added on more features over the years and it is a seamless integration with existing data when adding on. The support team is Best In Class. I feel like I have my own support team when I have a question or I have broken something because I didn't read some of the support tools available. This support team is assigned to your company so you always know who you will be working with.

Contras:

I have nothing negative to say about UKG Ready. It is a powerful tool which works for you 24/7/365.

Functional

Comentarios: It has been difficult. Simple things I could do in other payroll management systems usually end up needing me to submit a ticket for assistance.

Puntos a favor:

The cost for UKG is better than most HRIS and payroll management companies

Contras:

It is so hard to make changes, from admin right to setting up the different areas for payroll deductions, benefits, etc. It needs to be streamlined for friendliness.

Workforce Time Entry Review

Comentarios: Our experience has been very positive. We receive the help that we need when needed. I love the system (Workforce Time Entry) especially no more with the recent upgrades.

I love everything about UKG. The product and the employees.

Contras:

I have nothing negative to say. We have had a very positive and streamlined process with our implementation. We needed the service so fast and UKG made it happen. I am very thankful for this.

UKG Ready Keeps You in the Know!

Comentarios: Overall, my experience with UKG Ready has been very nice. There have been no real issues and pretty much a smooth experience. The system is easy to navigate and user friendly.

Puntos a favor:

I like that it is interactive and easily accessible to employees. Any work history information that HR has is contained right there and at your fingertips.

Contras:

The one thing I could say that I had an issue with is not being able to change my profile picture. I think the user should be allowed to update their picture periodically.

UKG Review

Puntos a favor:

The fact that they have an app to use on our phones.

Contras:

The many attempts it would take to log in.

Good product

Comentarios: When I was able to access this software on my phone, it worked great. Unfortunately, I had a problem getting to log in the app when I had to update my phone number. For months, I was unable to use because it had my old phone number for verification of my account. There wasn’t any way for me to update it within the UKG application. I had changed my phone number in my work account, workday, etc. and it still showed my old number in UKG. Besides that, the product is really good when you are able to log in.

All the features available instead of just only scheduling.

Contras:

Not being able to view all shifts scheduled on a certain day.

Comentarios: Good. Effective and efficient on timly manner

Puntos a favor:

Most efficient app i have used for tracking payroll, submitting holidays or book day off

Contras:

Password policy we need to change after few months.

perfect for small to mid-size companies

Puntos a favor:

UKG Ready is solution that simplifies managing talent, payroll, and time, so teams can concentrate on growth and truly make a difference for their people. The good thing is it also has a phone application. I tried the android version of their app which was very satisfactory.

Contras:

It could be more compatible with large size companies considering the fact that many companies that starts with UKG grow very fast.

Warning - 2 Years in and still no working product!

Puntos a favor:

NOTHING! Hard to say what works best when nothing works at all.

Contras:

The contact and implementation team. We have had to pull the pin and give up on implementing Kronos as we have spent tens of thousands of $ and hundred and hundreds of hours trying to get the system up and running and have gotten no where.

Ukg payroll

Puntos a favor:

I like the ease of use. I navigated to the app or website very easily. And when it came to my payroll everything was all in one place. My pay stubs. My vacation or sick time. My hours at work. And also was able to access my w-2s and get them as soon as they've been released rather than wait for them to come and the mail.

Contras:

From my experience I haven't had anything I did not like about the ukg site or app

Easy to Use Payroll & Time Management Solution

Puntos a favor:

The product is easy to use and the home screen is customizable so you have easy access to the most frequently used features and reports. UKG also offers a wide variety of training/education opportunities, including free webinars.

Contras:

It would be helpful if Kronos/UKG allowed multiple tabs open, especially when reviewing timesheets for approvals and making sure there aren't any timesheet change requests or time off requests pending approval. As soon as you try to open a new tab, it forces you to close the original tab. Additionally, UKG is not fully integrated with New World ERP and the accrued/used time off balances are not always accurate.

The Standard in Time management
