I also particularly value the granular control over user permissions, which allows us to set highly specific abilities and restrictions for each staff member, significantly enhancing security and compliance across the board. > > **Puntos en contra**: My primary area for improvement concerns the clarity of the check status reporting within the payment processing module. The system currently lacks a descriptive 'word bank' or clearly defined statuses for cut checks. For instance, the status "processing" is frequently misleading. In our experience, this generalized term often indicates that the physical check is lost in the mail or severely delayed rather than actively moving through the expected payment workflow.
