A management system, digital inspection, texting, repair information and a customer retention management tool for less than $500 per month I just can’t beat it and neither can anyone else. Super easy to navigate. It’s secure, I use the dvi feature for mobile access and it works.

I found it secure and easy to access the information and repair status I needed in a timely manner. I never had any bugs or issues while using the system and found the customization additions came in handy. My shop found value for the money as it was more cost effective than other solutions. A mobile access app would be a nice addition.

> **Puntos en contra**: Billing department is impossible to get a hold of. I wanted to ask about some issues I was seeing on statements and have been on hold for 2 hours. I spent 1.5 hours on hold Monday before I had to give up. 2 hours the next day. I've left a message with the billing department manager several times now and still have not received a response. At this point I want to cancel my services and cant because no one apparently has the ability to do anything to your account. Well unless you want to buy more services. They are all over taking your money but do nothing if you have a billing issue apparently.
