Comentarios: It was great, with personal communication from the owner. Help is fast when needed. Chose it over competitors due to features and developments taken from our suggestions. Client base has obviously got bigger since we joined for well deserved reasons, so we see other developments obviously taken from other clients which shows that the developer has high interest in keeping all clients happy! Good facebook group for clients too. Sharing of useful and humorous information.

Puntos a favor:

POS with a good booking in system for repairs. Flexible with ability to personalise many departments of the software.

Contras:

Speed can be slow, not the best for busy periods. We have fibre.

Comentarios: We needed a solution that would support our mail-in repair service model and deliver self-service features to ecommerce customers. The RepairDesk solution enabled us to tailor a seamless customer experience from Request to Ticket through Invoice and Payment and support hundreds of repairs per week. The capabilities of the platform are extensive and there are many available integrations and connectors. RepairDesk provides both Store and Business KPI's which allows us to monitor performance and profitability dashboards on our repairs. It is so helpful to have not only a great technology solution but also a solution designed to support the operation of a repair business. RepairDesk is always eager to listen and adapt to improve their platform for all their customers.

The solution is very flexible, so take proper time to setup your business and workflows. Minor feature and UI inconsistencies between managing Leads, Tickets or Invoices, but these continue to improve.

We started a project with Repairdesk there is one year ago and the project is still not live...All the features and specifications promised are still not there one year after. Very poor project management by postponing every week the live date of our project, reading my emails during our weekly meeting, lying to us...Company to avoid at any cost

I needed a few extra in the software and they made it available to us. They are like my family now. Thank you repairdesk.

Comentarios: Fantastic! I have worked with [sensitive content hidden] and all have been extremely professional and great to work with. I have had several requests that they have accommodated, such as adding the custom fields that they helped me to create to my ticket labels, adding the ability to enter a long description in my quotations, and adding net 75 payment terms to my invoices. They have taken all of my requests into consideration and have gone above and beyond to meet them. They are also accommodating with my schedule and coordinating meeting times that work well. They are quick to respond to email communication too. An all around great team to work with!

I was in search of software that would help to keep our repairs organized from the time that they arrived to our facility until the time that we shipped them out. RepairDesk has provided this through the many useful features that the program offers. I like being able to create unique ticket numbers to identify and track my repairs in a way that makes sense and flows with our business. The ticket labels are easy to print and contain all of the pertinent information needed to identify the repair at a quick glance. I like the fact that I can add my own custom fields that apply to our repairs and that these custom fields are searchable within RepairDesk for quick identification of the repair. I like being able to add the parts that we use in the repair process to an inventory database so that we can easily track how many units we have on hand and know when we need to order more. Creating POs for the purchase of these parts is also a useful feature. I like being able to upload pre and post repair photos. The photos are easy to upload and are of very high quality and make for great documentation.

Contras:

I don't have anything that I'd like to highlight here. All of my concerns have been or are being addressed. I understand that each business is unique and has it own requests. RepairDesk has a great foundation and the team has been outstanding at accommodating my requests for features that are not yet present that would work well in our business.

Comentarios: As great as RepairDesk already is, they are always innovating. Like true craftsmen, they are refining the product constantly. Overall we're extremely happy we converted and we would highly recommend it for other shops that are looking for powerful software that will help them grow their business for years to come, at the forefront of the repair industry. RepairDesk has been dedicated to world class top-tier support. They have worked extremely closely with us since the inception. Even though they are miles away they are just one message away. It is truly astonishing, the level of service they provide.

Puntos a favor:

Powerful and feature-rich software. It was like going from driving a Ford to a Ferrari when we converted to RepairDesk from Repair Q! We enjoy the sms customer communication options and all of the other features which are highly customizable. Creating inventory items is a breeze. Saves us alot of time. Love the integrations with parts suppliers. The RepairDesk Payments has been very stable and reliable, and the rates are great. We generally average 1.5% to 1.9% on credit card processing. Their Payments guy is awesome; he helped us to configure the terminal for best results (lowest fees!) Love the payroll management to track employee time as well as commissions. That saves me alot of time.

Contras:

There is learning curve. I like the check and balances of the other system that combined each transaction as one with a ticket and a payment. RepairDesk separates repair tickets and invoices for payments. Our biggest frustration was with printing but they eventually sorted that out. Wish the POS screen loaded faster.

I like the ease of use and the integrations between my website and this POS. Customers are always commenting that they enjoy the experience of booking their devices in using this much valued RD integration. I like also that RD software engineers are always updating and this is never the finished article and RD is always evolving. Also I love the customer facing display and customers agree to our t+c before the repair commences and see the price of it. It gives me a professional approach and something I can go back to if i need to and show the customer that I made you aware of.......... and you agreed to this with a signature to back this up. The reporting aspect and KPIs is another key part of the RD system. All round its justa great system to use. Backed up by a great team on the help desk especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who helps me tremendously if I need help with something

Contras:

yes there are issues and sometimes things go wrong and there are bugs within it that can occur but not anything that I would gripe over. I moved from Repairshopr 3 years ago and when I compare the 2 ? RD are streets ahead of them

Easy way to use, user friendly. Always good customer Support. Like the way inventory is done, easy inventory transfer and you Can see inventory across stores very fast.

Price i think is a down side since now with 5 stores i am paying a significant amount a year. Maybe you Can have a Store bundle per year to Save some money

Comentarios: Really worth every single dollar, buy RepairDesk, chose RepairDesk, there is no other software like RepairDesk, especially in the mobile repair industry, everything is included in this software. I'm so happy that i purchased this software it helped my business a lot !

A very buggy and unreliable option for repair shop software

Comentarios: My experience was not a good one, I had to run two different POS systems so when we where unable to use repairdesk due to bugs we had another solution ready to go. The lack of acknowledgement of bugs and issues and the lack of tech support being available within our trading hours meant we had to cancel repairdesk.

The software has some good options as far as plug ins go, customer facing display etc.

Contras:

I had a lot of trouble using RepairDesk, we found alot of bugs that are inexcusable in a top dollar POS system. Simple things like changing a price, logging in, adding new devices all have a lot of bugs that require refreshing the page and evening re-logging in. These issues are repetitive and where reported multiple times to the team at Repairdesk. Tech support was not helpful as in Australia we close our stores an hour after they open for tech support, before that we are on our own. After speaking regularly with the staff including [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] I found these issues will not be fixed anytime soon as they tend to have the approach that "You are the only one experiencing these issues". After discussing with other repair store owners and working out they are experiencing the same issues as our store was, I realized until the team at Repairdesk take responsibility for these bugs and actively resolve them rather than denying they exist repairdesk will not be a viable system for our business to invest in. Being frank when you send them video evidence of the bugs its a pretty silly business decision to deny the issues exist.

Comentarios: When I first started my company I tried out three different POS Systems. None of them even came close to RepairDesk. I even know the employees by name because they are so helpful. The software has everything that a computer or phone repair shop will ever need. I can see how much sales tax I need to pay how much profit I have and how much sales have grown over the past few months. There’s even a whole section dedicated None of them even came close to RepairDesk. I even know the employees by name because they are so helpful. The best software for phone and computer repair industry

Comentarios: Overall satisfied, is the second year we use it, we took off a lot of pressure and manual work starting from customer registration papers, invoicing, labels, inventory made with different software., You have anything in the tip of your fingers, really you don't need more, and you have more than you expect with the software.

The software is very intuitive and it have everything you need, you named it. Usman and the staff are wonderful and patient, and very helpful and supportive for businesses. What make this software standout is the support team 24/7 and the addons and functions. I have no other words to give the right value, I would give 10 starts otherwise.

Best customer service from any cloud based software service provider I've experienced

Comentarios: Before RepairDesk, we used tried many similar platforms none seemed to fit our needs/were able to be adjusted to our requirements. Repairdesk was flexible enough to give us all the functionality we needed and some, even though our businesses isn't a mobile phone service store. Covers all bases from daily POS, repair ticket creation - customer automated notifications and sales reporting - far better than the off-the-shelf retail software we were using before hand. Well worth the pricing and time required to onboard/deploy it. The support team is by far the best I have ever experienced, they jump on live chat at the drop of a hat - provide complex dev support with no complaint and have always resolved any questions we have had.
Stellar effort - truely the benchmark for A+ service - [SENSITIVE CONTENT] in particular have been great.
