EL precio es fabuloso. Ellos pensaron en todo y como cada negocio tiene necesidades diferentes crearon los servicios individuales y tu los añades de acuerdo a las demandas de tu negocio y eso vale un millón. Accesible y fácil de usar. Te facilita la vida muchísimo. Gracias por crear esta super herramienta para negocios.

no he visto un contra. todo me encanta. los tutoriales son lo mejor.

Cumplió con mis expectativas puesto que me permite recordar citas, su facilidad y gestión es muy buena lo que hace que esta herramienta sea llamativa.
Contras:
Muchas veces no es tan rápido, varia muchas veces en la rapidez dependiendo del dispositivo en donde se ingrese.
Estoy feliz con Vagaro debería ser bilingüe inglés y español

Could you choose Vagaro?
Comentarios: Buena, ayuda bastante para la gestión de cualquier empresa por lo que no veo porque no recomendarlo.
Puntos a favor:
La ayuda que da para la programación de citas y gestión de meetings u o básicamente organización del personal es impecable. 10/10
Contras:
Seria mejor si el cobro de uso por el software fuera un cobro único ya sea mensual o anual y no por movimiento o transacción.
Empresas
Puntos a favor:
Desde mi experiencia dentro del ámbito empresarial, considero que lo más destacable de la app, es el precio que tiene con respecto a otros similares, y que, además de ello, cumple con las expectativas notablemente. Además, a todos nos pasa que nos olvidamos de muchas cosas, y con esto, ayuda gracias a los recordatorios, a que no pase esto.
Contras:
No tengo nada malo que añadir acerca de este software. Es más, como he dicho antes, una aplicación con esta utilidad, sirve para mucho positivamente, tanto a las empresas, como a los clientes.
El software de citas.
Puntos a favor:
Me he encontrado con un software estupendo con muy buena facilidad de uso y de gran calidad. Además es muy accesible para todo tipo de personas que deseen usarla y con una primera impresión muy llamativa para los clientes.
Contras:
Considero que una de las pequeñas contras que se pueden encontrar en dicho software es la rapidez del mismo. He intentado acceder a través de distintos medios y el tiempo de rapidez y de carga no varía en función de un medio u otro.
Mi agendador
Comentarios: Me ah gustado mucho ya que gracias a su prueba gratuita pude saber cómo funciona y tiene un costo muy accesible para pequeños negocios.

Es una App fácil y sencilla para el agendamiento y recordatorio de citas para mis pacientes.
Contras:
Es algunas ocasiones para algunas personas puede ser desconocida y tal vez sea por desconocimiento a nivel de país.

Vagaro me ayuda a organizar todos mis formularios, notas de tratamiento y notas privadas de yoga, todo en un lugar seguro.
Contras:
perder oportunidades de expansión y de clientes potenciales.

Great tool to Manage your Appointments and Scheduling
Comentarios: The Vagaro solution has really exceed our expectations, we needed a solution to schedule, update and follow up our consultants appointments and this tools has become a part of our day to day operations.
Puntos a favor:
Excellent tool to book appointments online, very easy to use and implement. Saved us a lot of money increasing the efficiency from our consultants performance. Our [sensitive content hidden]receive confirmations and reminders, really supporting our business.
Contras:
The main issue is the price, I believe it could be a little lower, they charge per user. A free version would be awesome!

Vagara is great for small and large studio based businesses
Comentarios: So far I am really enjoying the ease of the system and the look of it!
Puntos a favor:
I really like the user friendliness of the system for both the administrator and the clients. Set up was pretty straight forward and my clients appreciated the new membership and package functions.
Contras:
Some of the add ons were not quite easy to find and had some hidden costs that were not upfront. Vagara does not use square which was what my first system used.
Horrible app.
Comentarios: Extremely poor service. I was told that the technical team doesn't work during the weekends. Had the work anxiety as the app was not working and my clients couldn't sign in.

It's comparatively reasonable but horrible service.
Contras:
App didn't work for 5 days. Lost income. No help from the management.

Vagaro makes Small Business not so small
Comentarios: I've thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Vagaro. They make it easy to learn how to use. I get excited about the new tools I can use to optimize my business and plan to expand.
Puntos a favor:
Vagaro's customer service chat option is FABULOUS. If ever I don't know how to use something, I get the answers I need right away in the chat. Either through the chat bot, or with live agents. Makes it so easy to learn how to use.
Contras:
I'd like to see Vagaro build out their Website templates more, and email communications options to be more targeted. We need to be able to customize lists, and build nicer-looking newsletter templates.Also, I thought Vagaro would be a good way to get more referrals, but it has not proved to be.

Loving Vagaro to Manage our Day Spa

Did? Is it shutting down? I love the couples and combo option to allow two practitioners to be able to book for services for two or more people at a time.
Contras:
Not being able to lock notes so they can't be deleted by staff but still being able tot allow staff to add notes. not being able to use daily deal for combos and or couples massage option

As a small business owner, Vagaro is really helpful. By using the Vagaro app, users can easily appoint the service.
On my end, its very easy to set , and learn the basics, such as scheduling auto reminders and emails for customers. It has the option to identify roles like owner, sales customer service bookkeeper, etc., so I can easily divide tasks.
Puntos a favor:
Simple to configure and set up; proper guidelines are available for that As a small business owner, it is difficult to handle all the responsibilities associated with running a business. Vagaro really helps me to divide tasks and set automated reminders and emails. Payment options also secure here.
Contras:
Paying the swipe fee for every credit card transaction is kind of a headache for me. It's a good option to take a one-time payment, like in this situation.

Great Scheduling System for both provider and clients
Comentarios: I have been using Vagaro for about a decade now. I would say that if your looking for a scheduling system and the ability to have your clients book online and also receive reminders than Vagaro is perfect for you.
Puntos a favor:
I like that fact that clients can schedule anytime. I also like the fact that on my voice mail I inform new and existing clients of the website. This is very helpful because I can't always answer the phone. This gives the clients more option and the ability to look at my schedule and make an appointment that meets the clients needs.
Contras:
It was difficult using the Merchant Services to take payments. The price was in line with some of the other providers such as Square. Before taking payments from clients, I wanted to make sure it work. I used my debit card to charge $1.00. After I did that and started taking payments they froze my account, noting that I violated the Merchant Service agreement. It took several months to get this resolved. I had to find out which company Vagaro was using to process Merchant Services. I had to call so many times as well as write and mail out demand letters to get my founds. I found that it was less expensive going with one of the major processors such as First Data and Fiserv Merchant Services. I also was not impressed with Vagaro's customer service. I had issues with their Merchant Services as well as some other customer services issues. As I have been using Vagaro for the past decade I would have hoped that their customer service would be much better. Don't expect much from the customer service team or the management.

Awful booking system
Comentarios: Overall I would never recommend! It’s slow, buggy and the features do not outweigh how it bogs down your business and create lines up front because checking out is such a problem.
Puntos a favor:
The only thing I like about Vagaro was cancelling. I miss a few features versus our new system, but overall the system does not have a lot of pros besides being able to color code services.
Contras:
The software itself is slow, buggy and we had multiple problems with it. After repeated calls to customer service they blamed it on our internet service which I upgraded with no change. I called back and they blamed my computer, to which I upgraded memory to make the computer faster. I continued to have issues. We just cancelled in January and they continue to bill me monthly, even after repeated attempts to get them to stop. Customer service takes an hour to get through to a person and they are not helpful.

Vagaro at Take Two Salon
Comentarios: What I appreciate most is the great customer service. I also appreciate that the "request for a feature" is actively monitored and new features are constantly rolled out. I appreciate that we are able to speak to the same support reps consistantly vs calling a call center where you can get different reps on each call and often need to explain your issue from the beginning. And they are super friendly.

Vagaro iseasy to use, easy to train, and offers fair pricing.
Contras:
If a client has a Vagaro profile but is new to my salon I have no choice but to accept their existing profile because you can not use the same email for a new profile. That should be an option as some clients may need a new profile for these services vs other service they obtain elsewhere
