Este software es uno de mis favoritos ya que fue con el que empecé a trabajar me acople muy rápido por lo simple y fácil que es utilizarlo pero eso no quiere decir que sea malo de hecho es muy completo ya que te permite visualizar cada transacción que se haga y ver que tipo de clientes son los mejores y darles seguimientos.

Contras:

Es una herramienta muy influyente en mi trabajo y lo único que le puedo dar son elogios cumple con lo que promete vale la pena siempre y cuando estén dispuestos a pagar su coste la recomiendo.

Comentarios: Grata y sencilla el diseño y la interfaz de usuario están bastante bien implementados.

Puntos a favor:

Para empezar cuentan con un gran servicio al cliente,me agrada mucho la interfaz de usuario y lo sencillo que es desarrollar informes.Su sistema de gestión es muy sólido y estable.Es flexible y es exelente en la personalización del software.

Contras:

Es un poco difícil el aprender a navegar por Keela más sin embargo es comprensible ya que tiene muchas opciones disponible así que no tengo queja.

Great all-in-one product for busy teams

I like the built-in features, like email marketing, so that I don't have to worry about using other plug-ins (like mail-chimp for example). I purchased Keela as our CRM when I was the only employee in the organization, so having a streamlined product that could function as many things (email marketing, donor management, email donors, memberships, event registration, great customer support, etc) was important do to my limited capacity.

Contras:

Keela does everything well, but not perfectly. There are some usability issues that slow down workflow slightly (e.g. extra buttons to select when scrolling through the calendar to select a date of a donation).

Comentarios: We've loved having Keela since the beginning. It is an integral part of running our company and the software does everything we need it to do.

Customer service is amazing. Constantly updating to make better. Very easy to navigate and use.

Contras:

Not a fan of paid add-ons. Wish they were included but understand why they aren't. SendGrid integration doesn't work with Wix and causes a lot of bounced emails for us.

Keela as a Non-Profit (Mosque)

The integreatted forms and communications feature has been my faviourte part of keela so far. In our previous setup we would be boucing between mailchimp, eventbrite and google forms, but now all of that has been collected in one place making it easy to use on a daily basis. It is also a huge benefit that we can add multiple team members to keela, this allows us to give employess access to only what they need to manage.

Contras:

So far we have had problems with the lack of integrations with softwares other than stripe. Although the online integration of stripe is usefull we are still required to upload payments made of debit machines (Clover) and e-transfers. If Keela were to offer integration with stripe terminals this would make things much smoother for smaller organizations which operate on less man power.

Keela rejects credit card payments for fund raising events/donations needed for operations, contacts messy

Comentarios: Extremely poor, there is no way to get timely human help. The program is not intuitive, contacts can't be cleaned up easily if there are duplicates (name of contacts are connected with company, company has a separate listing, deceased contacts can't be deleted, etc). By the time someone at Keela responds via messaging, our events are over and we've lost critical donors and contacts are frustrated. Bad for our brand of reliable legal service for the poor Looking again for better program like donor perfect maybe

Our [sensitive content hidden] liked the clean look of the interface, but beyond that, as the [sensitive content hidden], I have no pro and keeping the program is no sustainable because it glitches with credit card payments, usually in the clutch of a big fundraiser. I've had it with this program.

Contras:

example: right now we're screwed by Keela. It stopped taking credit card payments in the middle of our fundraiser event. Totally unreliable credit card acceptance, Fundraising events need reliable links for donors, forms need to work without frustrating donors by rejecting all credit card payments. Our own tests of credit cards doesn't work. The form will work for awhile, and then we lose critical time and labor with all the calls that the link won't accept credit card numbers and we have to manually take payments. Its unsustainable.

Good for it's intended use

I like that it is very simple and user friendly. Easy to learn. It does what we need it for which is to log our donations as they come in and keep them organzied.

Contras:

The inconvenience of having to make updates/changes when it's the same change for multiple logs. If an impact area needs to be changed to something else or moved under a different category, there is no "select all" or "move" button (think emails) and so I would have to individually go through every single log to make the change which requires several steps.

Keela keeps us organized

Comentarios: Our team has used Keela on a daily basis to stay organized as a team, manage volunteers and donors, track goals, and send out communications. The customer support is great whenever we encounter an issue and we love that new features are continuously being added.

Team access helps keep everyone on the same page regarding fundraising and communications. We love that we can see our volunteers, donors, campaigns and communications all in one place.

Contras:

As we grow as an organization and gain more contacts we need to pay more for our subscription which isn't easy. It's a tool we use daily, and at this point, we need this type of software to operate and stay organized, but it can be challenging to find funding that will cover the cost.

Keela, Powerful Integrations that Simplify Nonprofit Management

Comentarios: Overall I am very impressed with Keela as a hub for organizational information.

Puntos a favor:

The platform brings together so many tools, which makes it super flexible and efficient for nonprofit management. It’s like having a Swiss army knife for organization, communication, and fundraising all in one place, without the need to jump between apps.

Contras:

One downside I've found is with the Zapier integration—not all fields are available for mapping, which can be a bit limiting. It’s more of a personal use issue, but it would make a big difference for streamlining specific workflows if all fields were accessible for mapping.

Very happy with our experience!

Comentarios: Overall we are very happy. Keela is easy to use and has helped us improve our donor experience. Our staff can now check donor accounts and see all relationship details at a glance.

Puntos a favor:

As a smaller charity we are most impressed with the integrated features on Keela. Being able to direct our donors to give online and know that they will automatically receive a tax receipt and thank you makes us very happy. Tax receipts are now branded and our charity is listed on our donors credit card bill. This helps tremendously with brand recognition! We are now able to save a lot in administration costs by no longer having to be dependant on third party processors. More importantly than money saved is the improved donor experience that we can now provide. We never have to direct our supporters to a third party to resend tax receipts, update credit card information, stop or increase monthly donation, etc. The BCC and FWD email features are a real time saver as well!

Contras:

There are some features that need improvement to completely satisfy our needs but we find Keela always makes the effort to continually improve their product and is open to suggestions through their Ideas Portal. At the moment our biggest challenges with the software are: limitations in reporting, e-blast design features are limited and donor interactions are not able to be imported.

Your feedback over the last 9 months (Wow, has it really been that long?) has been absolutely integral to our Product Road Map. I'm very happy to share that enhancements to Reporting and E-blasts as well as the ability to import Interactions are on all on there! Comentarios: We have only just started using the software, so do not feel we have had enough time with it yet to review it. We have noticed a couple of glitches with the software which are unique to our two organizations, as mentioned earlier in this survey.

We are very new to the software, so our focus so far has been on data entry and setting everything up and developing convention for entry to ensure consistency.

Contras:

We would love to see the ticketing software that integrates with Keela. We have been using TicketPeak and it is not a simply process to ensure we are accurately capturing contact info. One system for our CRM, fundraising and box office would be ideal. We would also like there to be a way in which we can issue tax receipts for each of our two charitable organizations without having to pay for two separate databases. They are essentially the same contact list, but donations are made to either or both organizations. It would be great to find a solution to this within just the one database.

Comentarios: Overall our experience has been very positive, and I am happy to use Keela for work every day.

Our intro to Keela was fast and furious, but the customer service team made starting up very easy. The interface is user friendly, and everything is clearly labelled. We now have all of our contacts in Keela, and use the form feature to embed all of our forms onto our website. Keela forms look so much more professional than the Google forms we were using. Looking for info or data on Keela is quick and easy, and it's also simple to edit or change things as needed. It has made our paperwork load lighter, and for that we are grateful!

Contras:

The only con I can think of is that you have to manually integrate duplicate contacts, but other than that it's a great service.

Simple, straightforward CRM

Keela customer support is excellent. We always interact with the same few customer support employees, so we feel like we have built a working relationship, and they really know who we are. Keela's product portal is a convenient way to make suggestions and see how Keela genuinely responds to customer comments.

Contras:

Keela feels young, and seems to be still evolving a lot. As such, there are several features that still need to be implemented. For example, we had some payment security issues before Keela implemented Captcha features. Luckily, Keela responds in a somewhat timely manner to product updates like this, but it seems like there are features that should have been implemented in Keela from the beginning that are only now being considered.

Still learning how to use this multi-functional CRM

Comentarios: Overall, I think we aren't using Keela to it's potential, but with a Charity that is basically Volunteer operated, it is difficult to have the time to learn all the benefits of this CRM.

I like the way it interfaces with QBO and PayPal.

Contras:

I find trying to see contacts very difficult unless you already know the names. Tracking Volunteer time is quite time consuming as well.

Make it easy for your community to give back to your organization

Comentarios: Fantastic. Regular communication with supporters, easy online donation forms and seamless fundraising templates have helped our organization to grow exponentially over the last few years.

Before Keela, we had all of our contacts on various spreadsheets. Now I am able to find our donors, communicate with them and allow new volunteers and donors the opportunity to get involved as well.

Contras:

I wish there were a simple option to collect simple information via a form without the donation links.

I like the ability to categorize my contacts and tag them multiple times if they engage in different programs. I also like that I can create automated emails for communications we do often (volunteer signup etc.)

Contras:

I do find navigating mass emails kind of challenging and sometimes creating groups of contacts is hard. There is a steep learning curve as well.

Great product with a great deal of potential

Comentarios: Working with Keela has been a positive experience overall. I am new to the CRM models and new to Keela, they videos and tutorials are great. The product fantastic, I still have a lot to learn. Help desk is timely and very friendly.

Learning almost every day about the depth of the product offerings. It is very comprehensive and intuitive.

Contras:

While the help feature is timely and great, I would like to see live help as part of the basic product offering. Similar packages to our CRM models offer live help as a base price. Sometimes live voice is needed to solve a simpler problem that becomes misunderstood via email.

Comentarios: This was our first online donation portal, and it worked perfectly. And having this combined with a CRM, to track all interactions and contact data, at an affordable price has been perfect.

Puntos a favor:

The program is ready to deploy immediately for non-profits, and does not require an in-house IT team to deploy. The folks at Keela have designed it specifically for non-profits and administrators can begin using immediately. Very user friendly, so also easy to onboard a team of users to begin using immediately. Combines CRM needs with fundraising functionality in one program. Ease of importing and exporting custom data sets is a huge bonus.

Contras:

Linking companies to individual contacts is not intuitive at first, and can result in duplicate entries. However, they are easily merged.
