That being said, they communicate with their large and small clients, prioritize needs and have rolled out features faster than I could ever have imagined. I can't wait to see the features they continue to improve and build that I haven't even known I needed at this point.

The case management/client management part of the software is very good and allows for the entire case to be organized through one system.  The chat feature and task management  enables teams to collaborate and always have the same information at their fingertips.  Our customer service representatives and the customer support reps are top notch.  Always willing to help and quick to respond.

> **Puntos en contra**: Too much of the system must be customized especially when it comes to integration with other software such as Accounting Seed and NetDocs.

> We have had a good experience.  The integration was very difficult but that was not due to Litify but was due to the organization that provided the integration services.  The Litify rep that we have has gone above and beyond to help us.  We are working with another support organization and things are looking much better.  We are very much looking forward to 2026 and the new customizations that will make us even more efficient.

> **Puntos en contra**: The speed of the website seems as though everything is on a set of servers that are running out of space. Things are definitely slower than when I started a couple years ago. The colaboration with Banjax is the worst part becuase I can't tell if the document actually sent or if it just started processing.

> I like the organization of Litify, It's flexible as far as who can see/have access to what. I think speed could be a lot better and the capability to drag and drop documents within Litify (i.e. into the fax section or into another matter) as well as outside onto my desktop or an email.
