Comentarios: A pesar de algunos inconvenientes, he tenido una experiencia positiva con HoneyBook.

Puntos a favor:

Me encanta cómo HoneyBook ha hecho que administrar mi negocio sea muy sencillo. Puedo crear y enviar facturas sin esfuerzo, realizar un seguimiento de los pagos y administrar las relaciones con mis clientes, todo en un solo lugar.

Contras:

Considero que los precios de HoneyBook son un poco elevados, especialmente para las pequeñas empresas.

Un CRM muy recomendado

Comentarios: Soy consultora SEO y realizo diferentes auditorías a los sitios web de clientes y HoneyBook es mi mejor aliado, yo enfoco todos mis esfuerzos a realizar un buen trabajo, y Honeybook se encarga de los contratos, generar las facturas y resolver dudas de los clientes de forma automática, es un CRM que está GENIAL.

Puntos a favor:

HoneyBook me encanta, es un CRM que permite gestionar clientes, generar contratos dinámicos, procesar pagos, y más funciones que son muy útiles para automatizar y agilizar la experiencia de los clientes. La plataforma es recomendable para profesionales que quieren tener un crecimiento en su negocio y buscan crear un ecosistema confiable y segura para sus clientes.

Contras:

Hasta el momento no he tenido inconvenientes con Honeybook, el sistema va de maravilla y siempre que tengo una duda puedo consultar a servicio de atención al cliente.

HoneyBook el CMR que todo profesional debe tener de aliado

Comentarios: Tengo una experiencia muy positiva con HoneyBook, yo ofrezco mis servicios como diseñador, mientras que HoneyBook se encarga de toda la documentación como contratos, facturas y comunicaciones con el cliente. Simplemente sorprendente.

Puntos a favor:

Me gusta mucho HoneyBook porque me permite gestionar clientes, realizar contratos dinámicos, procesar pagos, entre muchas herramientas muy útiles si inicias con tu emprendimiento. La plataforma es muy fácil de usar y sobretodo muy segura. Si eres alguien que busca hacer crecer su negocio es importante ofrecer confianza y seguridad a tus clientes y HoneyBook es tu mejor aliado.

Contras:

Aunque HoneyBook tiene una plataforma muy intuitiva, si es necesario que realices configuraciones según los requerimientos del emprendedor, esto puede tomar algo de tiempo.

Automatiza tareas para mejorar experiencias

Me gusta mucho HoneyBook porque sientes que es de esas pocas herramientas que hacen casi todo por ti. Es un CRM completo con el que puedes gestionar clientes, procesar pagos y muchas funciones más de forma automática, mejorando mucho la experiencia del usuario. Si se es un emprendedor o se tiene un negocio en crecimiento esta es una herramienta indispensable que debes implementar.

Contras:

Sería muy interesante que pudieran ampliar los lenguajes de la plataforma como por ejemplo el español, ya que actualmente está en inglés.

HoneyBook es un CRM muy recomendable porque permite gestionar y atender a los clientes, procesar pagos, realizar contratos, entre muchas herramientas indispensables para todo negocio en crecimiento. La plataforma es fácil y segura de usar. Además que crea un ecosistema de confianza y seguridad para tus clientes.

Contras:

Existen pequeñas deficiencias enla gestión de correos y sería genial que puedieran solucionar ese apartado, por lo demás HoneyBook va muy bien.

Recomendado

Comentarios: Esta aplicación, brinda a los usuarios dos situaciones muy importantes para la calidad de vida de los emprendedores, uno es la organización y trasabilidad de la pequeña y median empresa, con sus clientes y proveedores. Y la segunda es tiempo de calidad para el emprendedor.

Puntos a favor:

Es una aplicación que permite mantener los archivos organizados, brindado seguridad y confianza en el manejo documental.

Contras:

Debería ser un poco mas asequible, el diseño de la pagina debería se mas amigable con el lector.

Trabajo más fácil aún

Puntos a favor:

Trabajo a veces como diseñador y Honey Book te facilita muchísimo el trabajo al dedicarse a tema contratos, pagos.. Excelente!!!

Contras:

Poca cosa que escribir por aquí, no tengo queja ninguna!!!

Gestionar proyectos sin asistente personal, este software lo hace todo prácticamente.

Comentarios: La automatización de formularios, la creación de las facturas los informes y estadísticas en orden cronológico es lo que mas importa al final de la semana puesto que la gerencia quiere ver el crecimiento y avance que tiene la compañía.

Puntos a favor:

El software es agradable en el sentido del diseño, fácil de utilizar en empresas pequeñas o medianas en crecimiento, la plataforma permite enviar facturas y firmar de contratos digitales y administrar pagos.

Contras:

El idioma admitido, sólo es en ingles, algunos clientes no lo hablan, los de Latinoamérica, sin embargo hay otros programas que traducen los datos.

Útil para profesionales creativos y educadores

Comentarios: Como miembro del personal de un colegio, puedo decir que HoneyBook es una herramienta impresionante para simplificar la gestión de tareas y la comunicación con los estudiantes y sus padres.

Puntos a favor:

Me permite colaborar con los estudiantes y sus padres en proyectos y actividades escolares, y compartir documentos y archivos de manera segura y fácil.

Contras:

Quizás un punto negativo podría ser su precio. Aunque ofrece una prueba gratuita y planes de suscripción mensuales y anuales, para algunos usuarios puede resultar caro.

Una herramienta de grandes soluciones.

Comentarios: Son varias las cosas que este software me ha ayudado a mejorar en mi trabajo, por eso me encanta y la recomiendo a todas las personas que no conocen este software como algo que les puede cambiar la vida.

Puntos a favor:

Una herramienta muy fácil de utilizar y una vez que la haces habitual, quedas conectado con ella. Lo mejor de todo, es su variedad de herramientas para utilizar, eso te hace sentir que el trabajo es mucho más sencillo.

Contras:

En mi opinión algo que deberían mejorar un poco es la interfaz, por momentos se hace pesada al cargar los elementos.

The Best Client Management Resource-- goes beyond normal software

Comentarios: Before I used HoneyBook, I had tried several other client management platforms. All of them were clunky, and often I'd have to hunt around for things in the interest of the app developer's attention to folders and organization. What a mess! I'm so glad I switched to HoneyBook. They've consistently made product improvements and seem to really care about their customers. It gets easier and more fun to use every day, with just enough features to accomplish what I need without overwhelming me. I highly suggest this to anyone who is managing multiple clients, especially if you have client projects that tend to go dormant for awhile then pick back up.

Puntos a favor:

I love how easy it is to use, and how amenable the HB team is to updating the software if you have a feature request or complaint. It provides very visual, easy user prompts that allow me to easily accomplish what I need in a fraction of the time of other software apps I've tried.

Contras:

It's annoying that I can't delete the default emails that came with my account to replace them with my own workflow, so myself or a team member doesn't get confused with their suggested emails vs. the ones I actually want to use.

One feature I appreciate is the safe online payment site, which gives my clients peace of mind and enables them to conveniently make purchases without worrying about security. An enormous amount of time was spared for me by the inclusion of thorough templates. It gives my clients all the information they require to move forward and even enables them to e-sign documents with ease.There is nothing about Honey Book that I truly despise. Every privately held company owner should use this platform, in my opinion. It is a transforming tool that takes the administration of your company to new heights, making it a crucial ally on your entrepreneurial journey.

Contras:

There is virtually nothing about HoneyBook that I could ever say I don't like. HoneyBook has actually captured my heart. If I had one wish, it would be for a wider variety of design possibilities that are especially suited for producing compelling proposals and brochures. My love and admiration for HoneyBook, however, remain unwavering despite this nagging longing. Its extensive capabilities and user-friendly UI unquestionably improved my business operations to remarkable levels.

HoneyBook - the software I never knew I needed

HoneyBook is very visually appealing and easy to use for both myself and my clients. The ability to create and save templates that I can edit and reuse for each client saves me SO much time, and it's truly so easy. It's very affordable and has already saved me a lot of time and headaches.

Contras:

I honestly have no complaints about HoneyBook.

A must for busy event people

Comentarios: Customer service is great, they get back to asap and help you with anything.

Automating my payments and collecting for me. Using the app i don't have to be in front of a computer to check on customers contracts.

Contras:

no scheduling within the software in which I heard they were working on this. The ability to add someone that works for you and not see contract just logistics.

Great for contracts and invoicing

Comentarios: I use the software for the valuable contracts and simplified invoicing. The added features of auto-billing and recurring billing is great. The increased transaction fees are unfortunate, whereas competitors offer quicker deposits vs Honeybook. There have been dozens of new features and expanded capabilities added to the software, however, I have never been able to learn the initial project features to try taking advantage of the new smartfile features. Hiring a pro is incredibly expensive.

Comentarios: Amazing! 10/10. They have an excellent team, and the software is so easy to use.

I wish HB wasn't so laser-focused on wedding professionals--I'd love for them to provide more features for other creative professionals as well.

Plan for successful events

Comentarios: Honeybook is definitely professional level event planning. That made it a little harder to get used to and harder to customize but all in all it was a plus. It's a reasonable price for what you get. Customer support is actually a human instead of a chat bot.

So for the planning, coordinating, and tracking aspects, Honeybook is awesome. Our business is presented well to our clientele.

Contras:

The reason I didn't renew is the payment processing speed.

Efficiency with Honeybook

Comentarios: Keeps my contract and invoicing process easy for me and my clients.

I love how easy it is to send contracts and invoices to clients and how your notified when read, signed and payments made.

Contras:

That it doesn't connect or integrate at all to my other primary platform I use on a regular and daily basis.

Level up

Comentarios: It’s saved me so much time organizing client data, bookkeeping, payment processing and contracts. Their helpful reminders to keep things from falling through the cracks and maintaining my brand appearance when working with clients.

Puntos a favor:

When singing up with Honeybook they took my exhausting contracts, forms, questionnaires and placed them into their system. This saved me so much time switching from DIY client management to this online resource.

Contras:

When responding to an email through the software, it makes a new email. Some clients have more questions and I’d like a way to organize with in a project the emails.

HoneyBook is amazing!

Comentarios: It’s been great!! Any time I’ve had an issue it’s been resolved quickly. I do find that asking a question in the group & getting a personal email is rather annoying. I specifically ask in Facebook for a reason - so when I get an email I usually don’t see it right away whereas I’m looking for a notification or other users experiences.

Puntos a favor:

User friendly for both myself and my clients, ease of set up (love that they do most of the upload work & it’s easily changeable!), the community it’s created, & the “opportunities” section.

Contras:

1. I wish there was more internal automation, like the workflow applied just sent out the emails and not prompted me to act. 2. While “linked” with Calendly, it’s not linked in the correct way. I wish when someone signed up for a slot in Calendly, it could generate an automatic proposal that I could look over before sending, or sent automatically. When adding my “Calendly link” to a honeybook email, the link always fails. I don’t use Calendly enough to have this be a major issue, just a nuisance. 3. More flexibility in personal branding & branding the contact form. I don’t currently use the form on my site because of this.

Solid Payment Invoicing & Proposal Tool

Comentarios: 8/10. Once the client has paid the first time, their automated recurring payment solution is working really well for me.

Puntos a favor:

I moved away from Quickbooks online because they didn't have an easy way to send customers automatic recurring invoices. Honeybook had pre-built service agreements along with the automated recurring payments feature I needed for my business. It was appealing to work with them because set up was very easy to get what we needed up and running

Contras:

After a client pays their invoice, it usually takes 12-24 hours for Honeybook to send me a confirmation email saying they've paid. This is (I don't use this word often) absurd. With Quickbooks, I know payment confirmation comes in within 10 minutes. Especially if I am going to start work with a client right as they pay, this hurdle in their platform stops me from getting to work right away. It usually leads to me emailing my customer "Did you pay the invoice?" then them replying "I did!" then me looking into Honeybook wondering why the heck it hasn't come in and making me look foolish to my client... Then I finally get the notification the next day. It's the #1 feature request they need to get updated.

Honeybook is a game-changer for Service Oriented Small-Businesses

Comentarios: The biggest problem that I've struggled with since launching my business is obtaining payment in a timely fashion. Honeybook totally fixed that problem for me. I don't have to give a laundry-list of payment methods or pay for additional payment services, wait around for physical checks, or process e-checks. My customers just plop in their card information and then it hits my bank account. SO. NICE.

Puntos a favor:

Honeybook took my booking process to a massively higher level of success. My contracts are all signed, and invoices are paid before I even start designing. I walk my customers through the process and we discuss TAT and rates, next steps, and then I kick them over the Proposal with the same details we discussed during the sale. With other software I've struggled to receive timely payments, or contract signatures. Not anymore!

Contras:

The contract templates are pretty limited to social media management and marketing ops. I think that every business needs their own contracts, period, but it would be nice to have a better starting place for other service providers. Additionally, the emails that Honeybook kicks out for proposals, payments, contracts and the like have reportedly found their way to many of my customer's spam box. I just warn them ahead of time, but it's not super reassuring to some more leery customers.
