Comentarios: Es muy buena la experiencia en general,posee muchas facilidades el terminal.

Puntos a favor:

Admite todas las facilidades para cobrar con los distintos medios de pago. Podes seguir los reportes por email

Contras:

solo que cuesta dar de alta el cobro por código QR. La atención al cliente es un poco complicado

Comentarios: Me encuentro satisfecha completamente con esta plataforma porque cumple todas las necesidades que he tenido para con mi negocio. Puedo llevar un orden cronológico de mis clientes, una contabilidad clara, información necesaria de mis clientes y si en algún momento necesito soporte técnico, una rápida, excelente respuesta y resolución de problemas.

Puntos a favor:

Lo facial, rápido de utilizar tanto la aplicación (bien sea en celulares, tabletas, etc. o computadoras) como sus múltiples dispositivos para puntos de venta. Es una plataforma muy completa que por si sola, sin necesidad de soporte técnico, té guía para una mejor función.

Contras:

Definitivamente, no tengo ningún mal comentario hacia esta aplicación, ya que todo lo que he necesitado lo he podido lograr.

Comentarios: Great product for going to trade shows and selling products there remotely and when they don't buy from the website. It is quick to make an amount they need to pay.

I like that I only had to pay for the unit that hooks to my phone and then there is no monthly fee unless I need more features.

Contras:

No way to take a payment without or with bad internet and then hold for later until there is service.

Comentarios: the overall experience was marred by high fees and poor customer service. The setup was smooth initially, but the customer service was slow and unhelpful. I was not adequately informed about charges, and I had to make three calls to speak with the right agent to resolve the issue and cancel the service.

Good Basic Device, very poor software

Comentarios: Works well as a basic POS platform but does not do what it claims it can do as far as inventory management. Has too many 3rd party apps needed at a cost that isn't worth the value of service it provides.

Puntos a favor:

Easy setup, good looking equipment. Definitely a step up from tablets as far as dependability.

Contras:

Doesn't actually have an inventory management or reporting that works for any size restaurant. Can only track cost of items, but nothing modified can be tracked. Throwing off cost by up to 30% and making the function completely useless. Does not allow online lunch menus to show up at specific times. Does not allow for specials or discounts to be applied to online ordering.

Comentarios: We switch ed from Quickbooks POS to Clover years ago. Clover has been great! It was easy to load all inventory from a spread sheet. A few items needed correction after transfer but for the most part the transition was incredibly easy. It also has saved us a ton of money with the credit card processing fee feature. I like it and do refer it to friends and others in business.

I currently use Clover for my retail wholesale business. I have multiple locations. The system works great for us!

Contras:

Backend work generally requires a call to customer service. But for the most part it is easy to use.

Comentarios: It is a very useful way of getting quick and small amount of money from the payment of our costumers. Before we were using a more convectional way of and it costed a lot and the online payments were always very late to arrive in my account but with Clover it is much easier.

The very innovative and practical way of paying things. Considering the company I work it is not that big, the payment method by clover is much useful.

Contras:

Although the taxes asked by the payments are already low, it could be less.

Comentarios: Very poorly managed and lied to customers

Contras:

Customer service and they will take your money even though you ask them not to. I had to close my restaurant for personal issue, so i called the clover and spoke to someone regarding Monthly clover service charges and he said no problem. However, they debited 9 months $49.00 for subscription plan fee (not the machine lease fee). They would not give you money back nor care to contact you because its their mistake

Comentarios: I’m a month pass our warranty and because of their crash I end up having to pay over $300 to replace a piece of equipment

A piece of equipment failed because of their crash and unable to use the system basically out of business until it is fixed and I had to pay for it. It’s been over a week already looks like another week.

Contras:

Very unreliable I had a business you better have a back up system like Square and an iPad and a cash register

Comentarios: They've nearly put us out of business due to the migration from payeezy to clover. The most frustrating part was the fact that the representatives from clover acted like it's just par for the course and that we should just accept it.

Great and Easy for small businesses

Quick and Easy Payment Processing

What I enjoy most about Clover is how simple and useful the machine is. It sits on my desk right beside me while sitting on the charger. The customers also like this machine, which allows them to use tap/Apple Pay and to manually enter their card information if they do not have their card physically with them

Contras:

The only thing that I dislike about Clover is that when the machine is close to dying, the printer does not work correctly.

Comentarios: Terrible experience. Zero help from anyone. Just to cancel was an act of congress. If I could avoid a company, in any business, doing anything, I would avoid Clover.

Nothing. Unless you like add-on fees that you don't get from other processors, avoid Clover.

Contras:

Never ending erroneous fees. Zero help from customer service to explain and/or dispute. Customer service spoke with broken English and NEVER helped a situation. Clover called something "Quarterly PCI charge" and would charge whenever, bi-monthly. They just drafted the money when they wanted. Deal breaker was they came up with a "Security Bundle Fee" of $299. No one at customer service could explain what it was and there was not getting out of it. I cancelled account and after account was closed, they still drafted the following month. Clover is the worst processing company.
