Comentarios: En general, mi experiencia con Rippling ha sido muy positiva. La capacidad de gestionar todos los aspectos relacionados con los empleados en un solo lugar ha simplificado enormemente nuestras operaciones comerciales. La integración fluida de los sistemas de recursos humanos, tecnología de la información y finanzas ha ahorrado tiempo y ha reducido los errores. Comentarios: Utilizo Rippling diariamente para la gestión de las nóminas de mi empresa, es una herramienta que aparte de gestionar y calcular las nóminas, calcula también todos los impuesto y deduciones, ahorrando así bastante tiempo a final de mes.

Lo que más me gusta de Rippling, es su fácil uso y su forma de automatizar el proceso de nóminas de una empresa. Al ser una herramienta digital, evita que en las nóminas existan errores humanos y haciendo mucho más llevadero este trabajo.
Contras:
Lo que menos me gusta es que no tiene versión gratuita, ya que no ofrece una prueba gratis; aunque su tarifa es muy baja y está al alcance de cualquier empresa

Comentarios: En general mi experiencia co este software es muy satisfactoria y muy positiva porque me ayuda a que mi trabajo sea más fácil y eso lo hace agradesco mucho y lo recomiendo.

Comentarios: I loved using Rippling. It is user-friendly, has great functionality, and is easy to learn where all the tools are.

It is a great HR software. I easily found information about vacations, days off, insurance, and tax documents. The interface is straightforward and user-friendly.
Contras:
I haven't found any at the time I was using it.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Support - Not Recommended
Comentarios: Our experience with Rippling has been overwhelmingly negative. The software has failed to deliver on its promises, and the lack of support combined with inflexible contract terms has made it an unwise choice for our business. We wouldn’t recommend it to others based on our experience.
Puntos a favor:
Unfortunately, there was very little to like about Rippling. The platform promised a streamlined approach to HR and payroll management, but it didn’t deliver on these promises.
Contras:
The onboarding process was confusing and ineffective, and when we tried to address issues after the first month, we were locked into a one-year contract. Additionally, we discovered overcharges for services we did not use, and customer support was unhelpful in resolving these issues. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.
Best Application in a decade of my career to track everything around an employee

Rippling is easy to use and has a great guided implementation which makes onboarding quick. There's still a great deal of customization and automation so it's easy to mold around existing P&P. Support is helpful and quick.
Contras:
The pricing is a la carte which is great most of the time, but using the full feature set adds up quickly.
Alternativas consideradas:
User friendly platform with proper team of experts.
Comentarios: It's been a great experience so far switching over. It is much easier to use and cuts down time on many payroll tasks.

Ease of payroll processing which has significantly help to cut down time on payroll processing.
Contras:
Lack of phone line support. We can only submit tickets on the portal. They are usually quick to get back but having phone support helps with instant support in case of emergencies
Best Software
Comentarios: 10/10. Much better than ADP and make my life easy

The best HR and login management I've used

It's extremely easy to use and the Chrome plugin is extremely useful.
Contras:
Having to re-log in fairly often and multiple factor-authenticate to access passwords gets annoying. (Althought obviously it's necessary)
Ring Central
Comentarios:
Overall, Ring Central is a 7.5.
Customer support does not seem to be heavily trained in the product. Half the time I spend longer waiting on hold to resolve an issue while a support member researches my issue. The AI-generated scripts make call reviews fast and efficient and the overall functionality of the application is easy enough to manipulate if do your own research to find answers.

Contras:
Customer support on issues with Ring Central.
Amazing for start ups and small companies!
Comentarios: Rippling has been nothing short of amazing since leaving our PEO. From the credit cards, to I9s and HRIS.
Puntos a favor:
I love the ease of use and integrations into other systems that I utilize such as Checkr, Lever and Carta. The payroll function is also very easy to use and the Rippling team is very helpful with answering questions and helping with any payroll issues.
Contras:
I don't have any current downsides with Rippling.
More intense features
Comentarios: Rippling is so far very comfortable to ADP. I believe rippling, has a few features that are far better than it’s competitors. I would highly recommend.

What I really like about Ripley was the ability to be able to track the employee location when they clocked in we kept them all honest
Contras:
Sometimes it would go down and we’re having issues clocking them in so in the background we had to clock them in manually

Comentarios: It's great software, but we can barely use any of the features given the pricing model. It doesn't make sense for us to have to pay $8-$10 for every user per month every time you want to add the smallest feature. These features would make our operations run smoother, but we would barely use them and it doesn't make sense for our business. I really wish there was another way or at least allow us to integrate with other softwares for free. I foresee us jumping ship if there is an affordable way to handle the comprehensive features that Rippling offers. I really want to love this software but they are pricing us out of being able to actually use the software given our staff is mostly all part time. It doesn't make economic sense for us. Really frustrating. Also the support is been really frustrating. The billing is also confusing and doesn't make us feel good about using the platform. Explanations are not straightforward.

The software is actually good, probably better than most competitors.
Contras:
It's not a good fit for most small businesses that are doing high volume low margin sales with lots of part time employees. We would love to be able to actually use most of the features but the cost structure is prohibitive. The onboarding was really not straightforward and honestly did not feel good at all. The difference between sales and the support agents was disappointing.
Rippling from Broker Side
Comentarios: It's not the worst payroll system we've ever had to deal with, but it's not the best either. There are positives, as well as major places that need improvement.
Puntos a favor:
I like how in depth the employee information can be. I also like that when an employee makes a benefit election, change or termination, we get an email, often with a completed form attached, so we can submit them to the carriers.
Contras:
Setting up Rippling, contacting support and fixing issues is an absolute pain, and it's caused some employees to not receive benefits because they take so long to fix problems, and then the enrollment window is closed.
Rippling is a Superior HR Solution for My Company
Comentarios: Rippling is a good platform and I like it more than past tools I've used, like UltiPro. It's clean and easy to get in, and the mobile view is responsive and quick.
Puntos a favor:
Rippling has a nice clean interface. It took me some time to get used to it, but now whenever I need to approve timecards or check PTO balance, it's smooth and easy.
Contras:
I don't love having to switch between Admin account and Employee account, and I used to always get confused between the Time & Attendance and Time Off sections, before I remembered to look for the icon versus the first word.
Benefits Of Using Rippling

Rippling is an easy platform to use that has a user-friendly interface which helps in navigation. It is also an all-in-one platform that enables HR and Payroll Solutions. It has Automated HR solution. It has a responsive customer support team.
Contras:
Rippling is okay and has no problems or issues.
Rippling is a crucial vertically integrated HR stack that will streamline your operation
Comentarios: Rippling has been complex at times to implement but this is because one platform is handling our entire employee lifecycle process. All in all, we have faith that Rippling will continue to innovate empowering us to consolidate our entire HR stack in one place. A must for businesses that value vertically integrated efficiency.
Puntos a favor:
We moved to Rippling because of the incredible depth of features across the HR employee lifecycle. Previously, we had separate tools for HRIS, performance management. This was incredibly expensive and cumbersome to run standalone tools. With Rippling, we consolidated our entire people stack into one which empowers us to increase efficiency, reduce cost and manage everything from one place.
Contras:
Rippling is not the most beautiful UX/UI and can be a little jarring. We used Lattice before Rippling and the UX was beautiful. This, of course, isn't the most important thing but it was noticeable.
Aesthetically appealing, easy to use. Rare glitches aren't significant.
Comentarios: Overall, great interface, great platform, easy to use, not generally problematic, save for a glitch sometimes here and there. Plenty of resources if you have any issues.
Puntos a favor:
The platform, firstly, is very aesthetically appealing. The paystub illustrations are super cute! The platform is user-friendly, well designed, easy to understand, well-organized, intuitive. Color usage is good and conducive to a good user experience. Everything is laid out well and I always feel like I can find what I need. Plenty of resources to try to troubleshoot any issues or confusions on my own.
Contras:
Sometimes updates lag in Rippling. I may still be asked to perform a task in Rippling that I have already done and it will be on my homepage like an eyesore–and even might prevent me from using needed features because the update I made within my Account hasn't taken. Seems like a glitch thing. For example, I might update my insurance information in my Account, but Rippling might still be saying I haven't and I'll have a task on my homepage telling me to do my insurance stuff.
A very comprehensive tool which has everything I need related to HR
Comentarios: This year has been relevant for me because my second baby was born this year. It has been a great resource to keep track of my paternity leave days, and make accurate requests to the NJ Department of Labor for my state's paternity leave insurance benefits.
Puntos a favor:
It is a very intuitive and straightforward tool, which helps me to avoid the hassle of "switching" from one different tool to a different one and checking in different platforms information that I need.
Contras:
There is an opportunity area related to AI, where the user could type/say (for instance) "hey, I would like to know, given my yearly accrual, and if I take x amount of vacation days in November, if I would have the right to request x amount of vacation days in November", or calculations that the user still does by hand based on the information provided by Rippling.
Easy, all-inclusive employee management system
Comentarios: Rippling is much more user friendly and all-inclusive than the prior payroll/time tracking/applicant tracking platforms I have used in the past. Support is timely and has resolved 95% of issues that have arisen.
