They help me with custom features I needed to complete my work. The ability to see inventory that was at our customers that where out of service or soon to be. This allow me to identify customers and be proactive by prep equipment. The inventory and warehouse features that Drake illusion provide us very simple interface. When developing a custom feature I was part of the process. My input were value and they deliver what was expected. Also, Drake Illusion provided a trainer and in the class the trainer went into detail how the feature work. It was very good. > > **Puntos en contra**: Compared to other system. This didn't seems appealing but when I was being train and understand how the system works that became clear that appearance is not important. What is important is to complete the project. > > I was not part of the onboarding process but what I can say is that the application is a web-base. I can access it from my phone or tablet when I need to. It makes it easy experience. I would recommend it to others. They were very friendly. I wish the training was longer. > > As a user, I am very satisfied with the software. It is a website that I can access it from my computer, tablet or even mobile. I was able to ensure our customers to provide adequate survey about our company and use that to improve service. By categorizing our tickets, i was able to identify customers that where not satisfied and provide them better service to fulfill their needs and concerns. > > **Puntos en contra**: I wish that the CRM, had more capabilities like other software but Drake Illusion covers it's basic. Other than that I don't have any complaints. > > I am very satisfied with it's basic capabilities. My coworker that uses other features they seem very happy with it.
