The direct integration with Asana is excellent and makes it very easy to assign and track website fixes efficiently. We use Feedbucket for a public health data presentation website, and it was especially important for us to collaborate with multiple experts. A huge advantage was the ability to fully translate the interface and onboarding into German, which made adoption very smooth for our team and collaborators. Customer support has also been exceptional — very responsive, helpful, and genuinely case-oriented when solving issues or answering questions. This is not a problem for general design feedback, but in our case we worked with independent external experts who were not connected to each other, so privacy between reviewers would have been preferable.
