We use Feedbucket for a public health data presentation website, and it was especially important for us to collaborate with multiple experts. A huge advantage was the ability to fully translate the interface and onboarding into German, which made adoption very smooth for our team and collaborators. Customer support has also been exceptional — very responsive, helpful, and genuinely case-oriented when solving issues or answering questions.
