Having worked with numerous reconciliation tools throughout my career, I can confidently say that Aurum’s support team stands out as truly outstanding. Whenever we propose a new idea or ask whether Aurum can accommodate a specific requirement, we have yet to receive a “no.” The team is always willing to collaborate — we simply schedule a call with the relevant people, and the task gets completed efficiently. I couldn’t ask for a better level of support or partnership. > > **Puntos en contra**: While our overall experience with Aurum has been highly positive, one area that could be improved is the implementation process for new software versions. This feedback is in no way a reflection of the customer support team, who are consistently excellent and extremely helpful.
