The user interface is visually appealing and continues to become more intuitive. One of the things I appreciate most is the bi-weekly release schedule and the ability for enhancements developed for one client to benefit other MainEvent customers as well. The AI reporting capabilities have been my favorite addition. It’s been exciting to see how much the functionality has evolved and how it can turn event data into meaningful reports, insights, and visualizations. I’m looking forward to seeing how those capabilities continue to grow. > > **Puntos en contra**: As with any platform that continues to evolve, new releases and functionality can occasionally require adjustments or additional testing. There can also be a learning curve when transitioning existing processes into new functionality, but I appreciate having a responsive development team that listens to feedback and continues making improvements. > > My overall experience with MainEvent has been very positive. Having worked in both MainEvent 1.0 and 2.0, I’ve been able to see firsthand how much the platform has evolved. I especially value the flexibility of the system, the ongoing release cadence, and the ability to request enhancements based on changing client and business needs. The platform supports so much of the event management process in one place, while the reporting, data visualization, and newer AI capabilities continue to create additional efficiencies. The "question bank" when building recaps is a huge time saver, as well. The onboarding and customer support is fantastic. I felt supported from day one and never have to wait for a response for help. > > **Puntos en contra**: Although we have restrictions for how long an event is scheduled when uploading for a user, the restrictions do not remain in place when the user reschedules. This can cause issues with time padding and payroll. Similar restrictions for "black out" days where users are able to reschedule to a black out day that can cause users to go to a location on a restricted day. > > Overall, I’m very happy with the platform.
