> **Puntos a favor**: The user interface is friendly and self explanatory.  Loading is initial information into the system is facilitated through the use of excel for importing.

> **Puntos en contra**: There is quite a bit of set-up involved, but worth the effort.  User privileging can be somewhat confusing .

> Therap was our choice for a mandated EHR, but we are realizing the benefit of having real time data available for the individuals we serve.  The product will definitely streamline billing procedures once the initial setup is complete.

> Therap is one of the few programs  that integrates with the MO Department of Mental Health software and gives them access to the information they require. Of the options we had, Therap is far superior to any others for the multitude of feistiness it offers for internal and external users.
