The connections were easy and there were a lot of ways to customize. > > **Puntos en contra**: The fact that they nickle and dime you when you need help and won't let you out of your contract when you realize it's just too powerful of a tool and does not work for your small business. > > Our onboarding was rushed. Not only do you have a limited number of meetings with the person who helps with the onboarding but you also have a time limit to complete those meetings. Once we had it half working, the connections kept breaking every time something changed. It was too hard to pay attention to what you changed in a spreadsheet or system and whether that effected the link in Grow. Again, we are a rapidly growing business so things are changing a lot. I sent a message to my "account manager" and she scheduled a meeting with me and a professional services manager. When it was time for the call, we were informed by the PSM that we no longer have an account manager. The PSM helped me through the process of requesting a cancellation of our contract. We went over a month with no response. All of a sudden our old account manager was back on our team. She informed me there is no way to get out of the contract and we would have to pay for additional help. The system is truly too robust for our business and even though it doesn't work for us right now, that doesn't mean it wouldn't have worked for us in the future. After this customer service experience, once our contract is over, we will never refer or come back to this company. It's astonishing to me that they won't do the right thing to potentially gain a customer back in the future or the potential referrals from our extensive network of other real estate homebuyers. ----- ### "Grow with Grow" — 5.0/5 > **Max** | *21 de mayo de 2026* | Diseño | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: The fact that it is real time data that updates metrics you create automatically. It means that you don't have to keep pulling data out of the system that is then out of date within the next day. Grow can also email these metrics on a daily basis to give people key information about the business that is correct all the time. > > **Puntos en contra**: There isn't much to dislike about Grow, the implementation is great. The mobile app is great, the browser based software is great. But if I had to pick something it might be the fact that you need 6 months data to get started. But then again without this you wouldn't have any data to make anything with. > > Our experience with Grow has been amazing. We have never used any sort of BI software before Grow but we had heard and seen bits of Microsoft BI, but gave up trying to learn it as it wasn't very user friendly we found. However with Grow all the data is in one place. It is very user friendly to make basic metrics. However, if you want to go full BI they provide the tools to make complex coded metrics using SQL. These metrics can then be displayed on your P21 dashboard showing you all the key business metrics from the second you log in. This makes building your metrics and dashboards easy. Their support team and engineers are very knowledgeable and helpful along the onboarding process. > > **Puntos en contra**: The lack of templates for dashboards, especially in Marketing, where 90% of the dashboards and metrics are the same for all businesses, is my only frustration. Taking Google analytics and building a web traffic 101 dashboard should be simple, it just takes too long. Once you do take the time to set any metric and dashboard up, it does a great job staying updated and will show you exactly what you built. > > Grow is a great interim analytics tool to bridge the gap between marketing and operations. The ability to integrate custom spreadsheets with real time data certainly make it a product to drive insights for marketing teams.
