The system has a natural flow that makes it easy for new users to learn, while still providing the depth and functionality needed to manage complex aircraft maintenance programs. > > **Puntos en contra**: Some of the peripheral systems PO, inventory... take some time to get used to and can be a little complicated. This would be fine if we had dedicated people to handle these aspects but, when technicians are trying to work through these functions, it can be a little frustrating. > > What really sets Traxxall apart, however, is the quality of the people behind the product. Customer service is first-rate. When we have a question or an issue, we get fast answers from knowledgeable subject-matter experts who understand aircraft maintenance—not simply software support personnel reading from a script. The analysts are experienced, knowledgeable, and understand the regulatory environment in which we operate. When we encounter unusual or difficult issues, they work with us to develop practical, regulatorily correct solutions rather than simply telling us what the system can or cannot do. That combination of technical knowledge and flexibility is extremely valuable. The onboarding process is equally impressive. It happens quickly, pricing is very competitive, and the initial aircraft records audits have consistently been thorough and accurate. It is obvious that the records are being reviewed by people who understand aircraft maintenance programs and know what they are looking at. That gives me confidence in the maintenance status and data being presented by the system. Training and ongoing support have also been exceptional. Traxxall has readily provided training to our users regardless of location or time zone, including supporting personnel in Singapore. They have consistently made themselves available when we need them. There are many maintenance tracking systems capable of producing due lists and displaying aircraft maintenance status. What distinguishes Traxxall is the combination of an excellent product, accurate data, knowledgeable analysts, regulatory expertise, responsive customer service, rapid onboarding, and competitive pricing. The cost is slightly more than Veryon but definitely worth the extra cost. You get what you pay for. > > This is the most complete maintenace tracking system in the industry. The software has safeguards built in so the data stays accurate. It also great to finally have a tracking system that tracks tolerances properly. One concern I had was transitioning from Veryon. The interface is extremely easy to use and was very easy to learn for all of our users. The enrollment was so much smoother than our transition to Veryon. We actually had to use our old Camp data for enrollment because Veryon messed up our data so much. The dedicated analyst support is hands down better than the programs we have used.
