Definitely worth getting on board with P2; despite the teething issues and occasional bugs (which the support team are always aiming to help with) the overall functionality is going to be amazing 🤩
Contras:
Some areas remain in development in Pabau 2 but on the whole having a positive experience

Comentarios: It's ok. I am not thrilled about the move to pabau 2 as have had to chase to ensure items are included and am getting very little communication back

It is a one stop shop and allows us to manage bookings, records and finances all in one place
Contras:
We have to use lots of workarounds to track progress so we have many spreadsheets running alongside it and the reporting function is sub par to really get proper detail about what's happening in the business without paying extra for custom reports

Comentarios: Up to now it’s been good. Pabau is a more responsive and cleaner interface

Training is vital. Ideally in person training. [sensitive content hidden] came to train the whole team and she was able to update all our setting avoiding problems further down the line.
Contras:
Like with anything new it takes time to get use to the new system.
