If I ever don't like them I can simply say I am out. PRO: They thought enough about the future of my company to have a contingency plan in case of a catastrophe. That means my site can keep going, even if they are all suddenly struck by lighting\! (God Forbid\!) Can your software maker/management company say that??? Mine can\!\!
