The client experience is clean and professional, while the backend gives us the organization and flexibility we need for a mobile business. We especially appreciate being able to customize our services and workflows instead of forcing our business into a one-size-fits-all system. Their support and educational resources have also been fantastic. There is definitely a learning curve because the platform does so much, but once you understand how everything works together, it is extremely powerful. > > **Puntos en contra**: I wish the client portal offered more branding customization. We love creating a fully cohesive, branded experience for our clients, and currently the customization feels mostly limited to headers and footers. I would love the ability to customize button colors, tabs, accents, and other portal elements to match our brand colors throughout the entire client experience. The portal functions great—we just wish we could make it feel more like our business from start to finish. > > Our overall experience with Time To Pet has been fantastic. As a new mobile pet care business, we needed a system that could grow with us without making the client experience complicated, and TTP has given us exactly that. There was a learning curve in the beginning simply because there are so many features and customization options, but once we learned the system, everything started working together beautifully. Scheduling, client and pet information, communication, invoicing, documents, and service requests can all live in one place, which makes running our day-to-day operations so much easier. We also really appreciate how responsive and helpful their support team has been. All of my notifications were turned on so I should have received some sort of notification, but I received nothing. Not via email nor on the app. I only noticed the requests when I happened to log into the website on my laptop and noticed a notification icon in the top corner. By that point, two months had already passed since those requests had been submitted. This is devastating as a new business owner to learn that I missed out on several new clients due to the failure of a software that I was paying $25/month for. Use at your own risk. > > Awful.
