We always have little things we'd like to see and I can't tell you how many beta versions we've had\! Don't go anywhere else trust me\!

The customer card is stuidp the customer card should be a full screen and have everything, including appointments. Charging for sms is dumb in an age where you can sms for free. Also, the credit card charges are the highest in the industry.

> If I could combine what I love about my old CRM into field routes and make it way more user-friendly, I would. And make a mint as well. It was too techy. We're Pest Control operators, not IT techs.

If I want to change the way I do things in the company, I cannot because there is not an easy way to change what I do on FieldRoutes.

> The program is not a smooth or easy software to use. It does not make the company life easier in many ways. It is a good start to a software, but y'all really need to use real business owners to help you develop it a little better.
