Although we decided against using the chat function, the integration with SynXis IBE has been outstanding and easier than anticipated anyone that's ever tried to integrate with SABRE/SynXis knows EXACTLY what I mean by that - LOL). The integration with other software allows super easy virtual check-in for guests. The combination of inter-department communication as well as guest communication is so convenient it feels like the obvious and only option over having to swap from one to another. > > **Puntos en contra**: Exact timings aren't immediately visible: tasks can only be scheduled in 15 minute increments; the exact posting and completion times are only visible when hovering. Tasks are listed in categories of overdue, current, and upcoming, no date or time differentiation unless you expand to the details. The AI suggested responses to guest messages appear in the midst of the pre-written snippets you can create, shifting them around. Generating lists of specific tasks to print can be tedious. > > I've used HelloShift for almost 3.5 years and have seen it go through a few iterations, some good, some not so good. Customer support has always been responsive, if not immediately, then shortly after contact was made originally, and very attentive and considerate of my concerns and needs.
