I was able to develop and automate my company’s entire operation within the platform. Everything that happens in the business goes through the system. This is because I do not use HEFLO only as a BPMS. In practice, it also supports functions I would normally associate with an ERP, CRM, Shared Services Center, BI tool, and more. Today, our team members are guided 100% by what is in the system. It is the main platform they need for their daily work. Besides that, as a business process consultant, we made sure that our processes are fully mapped and running within the platform. Most of my questions were not how to manipulate the software but how to relate the BPMN symbols to create the flow I needed. The possibility of creating versions of my project and / or cloning are great options when you don't want to ask for an idea and at the same time you want to make some adjustments and then decide which option is best.
