Integración fàcil y flexible

Puntos a favor:

La documentación API, disponible desde el minuto 0. En nuestro caso era importante porque teníamos previsto un uso más orientado a integración con nuestro ERP que al uso de la interficie de usuario web.

Contras:

Un tema que podrían mejorar es ampliar a más de una URL de webhooks, de manera que podamos introducir tanto el entorno de desarrollo como el entorno de producción.

Lo que mas me ha gustado del software es la posibilidad de implementar la firma electronica para poder realizar los cobros a clientes que residen en localidades aledañas y que por algun otro motivo no puedan concurrir a nuestra sede central.

Contras:

No tengo comentarios negativos sobre el software.

Xodo Sign is easy to use and understand for us, I loved how it makes preparing and sending contracts for required digtial signatures a quick process. Xodo Sign builds trust between all parties involved in the signing, as its authentication capabilities are excellent, and the links are secure. I loved the signature status updates with Xodo Sign , as they speed up the necessary actions to avoid delays.

Comentarios: I worked with a tax strategy company that sent me documents to sign via Xodo. That was my first interaction with Xodo and it was very intuitive.

Puntos a favor:

It was very simple and easy to use. Like Docusign and was had a friendly UI.

Contras:

In the interaction I had with Xodo, there wasn't anything that stuck out as something I didn't like. I'm sure there are capabilities I didn't explore but to sign documents it did the job.

I liked the ease of sign up and set up. I had my first document sent and signed within a day of set up. The features are all very useful and easy to customize. Pricing is very reasonable and they allow for customized templates and logos.

Contras:

I want to be able to add teammates but that is only available for higher level subscriptions. However that is not that big of a deal for me yet. I noticed that exporting a document was having some errors with verification on other document readers like Adobe Acrobat Reader but within Xodo Sign the verification is clear. might be a glitch to be worked out.

great signing software for small businesses

I loved the customization options and the different options surrounding the templates. the ability to customize multiple templates and documents is something Xodo does well and at a much more affordable price than an equivalent competitor like Hello Sign.

Contras:

there is no analytics like in Docusign but again at the price point its more than adequate for what it does.

Xodo Sign beats dozens of other signature tools for small businesses

Comentarios: Xodo Sign helps me easily manage the signature process at a more reasonable cost than other tools, with more features available to solo or small businesses, and a better user experience overall.

Puntos a favor:

They have the most generous free plan that comes with excellent control features (branding, signing format options, security permissions). The interface is clean and professional without being overwhelming for solo users. Their customer service has also been excellent with the questions I've had. I've also been the most impressed with their help docs—they're concise and clear. Other tools have a temporary free trial, with more features paywalled, their paid tiers only make sense for large businesses, and their documentation can be overly complex to navigate and read.

Contras:

There's some slight confusion with the name. They were recently called Eversign, now are Xodo Sign, but they still use Eversign in the URL. I assume they are working on a plan for that to change, but honestly even if it didn't, I'm happy enough with their product that I can overlook it.

Easy e-signature platform to get documents signed at no cost

Puntos a favor:

I started using Xodo Sign for capturing client signatures on my service agreements. What I liked is that there are helpful support videos for getting started and the platform is free for up to 5 documents, making it cost effective. I didn't need to use their templates since I could upload my own PDFs for e-signature. It's easy to select signature and data fields within the document and can choose to route them to signers in a certain order. Helpful notifications let you know when someone views or completes the form.

Contras:

Being restricted to only 5 documents was limiting for scaling my service business. It would also be nice to see an agreement preview from the signer side prior to sending out to ensure fields display properly.

Excellent Tool for Closing Business

Comentarios: Overall a net positive, I needed a digital signature tool quickly in order to close a deal while on the road, I was able to easily get my document loaded and mark out all of the stipulations I needed agreed to by all parties. I was notified when the document was fully signed and I had a chain of custody I could keep to satisfy any future inquiries. All in all a 10/10!

Puntos a favor:

Xodo was super easy to get setup and most of the basic/default settings were essentially tooled to my liking. It's a functional, quick, affordable option for digital signatures and document management.

Contras:

I haven't come across anything yet that has negatively impacted my experience. I haven't had a need to reach out to customer service, so I cannot speak to their capabilities or effectiveness.

Easy to use and great for small businesses

I love how easy Zodo Sign is. Importing my documents and setting them up is simple. I love the dashboard feature and being able to see important criteria such as signatures awaiting, completed, and how many documents I have sent.

Contras:

I have not experienced any cons yet but if I do I will update my review.

Saviour for a start-up

Puntos a favor:

Creating a document and then adding the customizable fields wherever you want. You can select which fields can be edited by which user. You can always cc anyone who cannot sign but will have view access. Sending it directly to all the parties from the portal is probably the smoothest feature. All in all, it is a fantastic product. It also offers 5 free docs every month. Thanks!

Contras:

Nothing, as such. I am using the product since a month but no cons as of now.
