We use it in SaaS and mobile/web projects, both for client work and some of our own products. The SDKs and documentation are generally good, and once the initial integration is completed, sending and managing notifications is very straightforward. I also like having segmentation, scheduling and basic analytics in the same place. For smaller products or early-stage projects, the free and entry-level options make it especially easy to get started. > > **Puntos en contra**: The main limitation for me is that some of the more useful features become restricted as the product grows, so you eventually need to look more carefully at the paid plans and usage limits. The dashboard is generally easy to use, but some settings around segmentation, users and platform configuration can take a little time to understand at first.
