Moego took a little getting used to as it was so far ahead of the other you could do so much\! The migration was made so simple with the team at MoeGo, it took a few days to get all the data sorted - including adjusting phone numbers all for me when they lost the zeros. Since migration no-shows have dropped, I can manage the app much simpler and I have put a PC in the front of the shop to help the girls who do not use the app. Everything works perfectly. As a busy grooming salon, having one platform to manage bookings, client communication, reminders, online scheduling, digital forms, payments, and reporting has made a significant difference to both our efficiency and the overall client experience. One of the standout features is the continuous development of the platform. The team genuinely listens to customer feedback and regularly releases meaningful improvements rather than simply maintaining the status quo. It's reassuring to know the software is constantly evolving alongside the needs of the pet care industry. The customer support team has also been excellent. Whenever we've needed assistance, they've been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find a solution. No software is perfect, and there are still features we'd love to see introduced, but the pace of development gives us confidence that many of these ideas will continue to be addressed over time. It's above average when it comes to pricing but for a multi location business, it's worth it. However, support is bad, really bad. The AI tool solves a good portion of the issues, but if you need to get a hold of a human to report an issue, you'll be waiting for hours. I have had cases that span through multiple days.
