Not only does the integration with our EHR help build our online reputation and cut a clearer picture of operations with internal surveys, but it also helps us manage and correct issues patients may be having in real time, helping us to create a better patient experience.

With rater8, gathering this information is easy, and straightforward. Plus, whenever we need anything, rater8 is on top of it and gets things done in a timely manner\! I never have to worry about it taking days for them to get back to me and it is refreshing knowing that they are keeping an eye on things as well to make sure things are running properly.
