> **Puntos a favor**: The product is usable when it works, the personal tax software is good. The sales team do a good job of convincing you that everything will run smoothly, and the software is just as good as PTP.

> **Puntos en contra**: The accounts production software is limited and only good for simple clients, the customer service is terrible. When you have a problem you need to raise a ticket which takes days to respond to. When you ring you go through to an overseas call center staffed with people who only know how to raise a ticket. Because of this, when you get an issue, which you will, it will be a problem for days rather than minutes or hours.

> Overall it has been negative due to poor customer support and software lacking the quality and depth of PTP, which was the software we were forced to move from. the overriding problem though is the terrible customer service and clear disorganization.
