I also know that if I do need help, I can have Support help me, support is the key, they get back to me very fast\! I like how some support people really know what they're doing in Foundations and have knowledge in taxes and construction accounting.  It's helpful\!\!\!

> **Puntos en contra**: We are opting in to new products/add Ons as Foundation has been offering them such HRHQ, Foundation Pay, Safety HQ.  There have been growing pains and sometime these have been clunky or down.  I would hope that Foundation allocates more resources to these new products to help ensure that they are successful and we can continue to utilize them.

> We have been very pleased with the software, the level of customer service and the price point as well.  I have and would recommend Foundation Software to others.

> **Puntos en contra**: There are some simple thing I wish I could do in Foundation. I would love to open a job and go to the next without having to close the job. A service profitability report would be nice for a service side. Like I said it is minor things.
