When we have had problems with WorkMax and the HQ systems, there is almost always someone who is willing to put in the time to help us find our way through any given issue. > > **Puntos en contra**: Very often the system seems buggy, and that goes for Foundation proper and then also the HQ and WorkMax offshoots, and the system is not overly intuitive. > > Foundation was difficult to train on at first and took me a while to figure out how to find the information that I needed. Generally the representative who call you back are very knowledgeable. The software is easy to use. The on-line webinars are good, downloadable handouts are also very helpful. Needs to be more of them. Also, training classes for advanced queries, etc. need to be offered more often. > > **Puntos en contra**: Very few enhancement requests. We have been using the software since 2020 and I have not seen any enhancements that make the job easier. This is very frustrating. I realize that you get 1000's of requests, but if you had a way for users to vote on requests you would have a better understanding of what the users want. > > The software is good, but there are things that need to be fixed. Example: Allow you to select multiple invoices from the same vendor paid as and eft, but record eft payments individually. This is time consuming if you have several that need to be paid to the same vendor. We recording cash receipts allow you to have a check box so that you can record them as 1 total deposit rather than record the cash receipt and then record the bank deposit. Rather than delete employees, vendors, customers and jobs, have a box that you check to inactive them so they don't show in the drop-downs (similar to the way you can in general ledger). Last year I was told some of the requests I wanted were being worked on.
