Comentarios: PESIMA experiencia, no responden a tiempo

Cumplidos con el pago, y no mas, no tengo nada mas positivo que decir de ellos,.
Contras:
PESIMO Servicio al cliente, llevo 1 mes detras de ellos pidiendoles que revisen mis desprendibles de pago, y su unica respuesta es "estamos trabajando en eso, disculpa la demora". Su unico medio de comunicación es por correo electronico y la dirección que aparece en Colombia, pertenece a otra empresa, lo cual es muy sospechoso.

Cuenta con una gran variedad de herramientas, para cualquier area es un aplicativo muy completo.

No lo niego es un poco costoso pero vale la pena adquirirlo.

Comentarios: Since we work in different countries, the topics and circumstances of the individual countries are the challenge. Remote and team are always there when you need them and take care of all your questions.

Comentarios: Remote is our key EOR partner and enables our business to move internationally without much issue. In general we are very happy with them.

Great service, solid tech platform, reasonable pricing
Contras:
Payments used to be immediate now they take a couple days to be reflected, which is especially challenging as the company as a whole is very unforgiving of any payment delays and will freeze your account. It's very disruptive.

It can get expensive, especially with a growing team.

Comentarios: Great experience overall. Great team support always whenever I have an enquiry it is answered professionaly and in a great timely manner.

The only thing I would mention is that now there are compeitors like Oyster. How does the pricing compare?

Terrible service, many errors, very frustrating
Comentarios: Unfortunately, Remote is the only available international payroll service that partners with Gusto. If I had any other option, I would have changed ten times already. Their service is incredibly slow, and never answers my questions correctly. Not once actually. The answers are broad, not personalized to my cases, and I have to continuously follow up and escalate in order to get resolution. Nearly every step in the setup had an error that I had to catch and fix, and still months in there are errors in employee invoices that take weeks to resolve. Very frustrating experience to work with them!

Out of Country Employees
Comentarios: Remote has made it tremendously easy to work with our out of country employees. They handle almost everything and keep us updated on anything we need to know or approve.

Easy use for our out of the country employees.
Contras:
We have not terminated any employees with Remote, but we were informed that we would have to give plenty of notice if we were going to work with them to give a severance. This has not been an issue, I just have not used the process yet.

Comentarios: Overall the user experience is is good. I like the past response times overall

Its easy to use, add or remove team members. The customer contact is really fast. Quick to set-up and onboard new team members.
Contras:
Sometimes when you have a question I did not receive the answer I was looking for or the reply was not send to me. This happened only once or twice so not too bad. If would be nice to have Remote connected to the accounting software.

Comentarios: It has been good because the issue is followed up until it is solved, until the client is satisfied.

In order to respond, they sometimes need to escalate several levels or areas, which slows down the process.

Minor detail but remote did not integrate with our HR tool, so we had to use two HR softwares for internal and external employees.

Comentarios: Our overall experience with Remote is great. Customer service especially stands out: it's very responsive and always finds the right solution. We cannot imagine hiring process without Remote.
Puntos a favor:
Remote is a prefect platform for hiring people from across the world. The ease of implementation, super intuitive admin panel and truly amazing customer service - those advantages has made it impossible for us to imagine working without Remote. Remote team will take care of every step of the onboarding and offboarding of the employee, ensuring that we are up to date with the process. The payroll administration is very helpful as well. What is also important, with Remote we don't have to worry about regulatory compliance - we are sure at all times that everything is done in accordance with the regulations of the given country.
Contras:
The pricing is a bit high, but taking into consideration the quality of service, it is acceptable.

I think what makes Remote special is a customer service. The representative of Remote for my company: [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always very helpful, reachable and takes care of all the questions we have regarding the contracts, platform etc. I definitely recommend [SENSITIVE CONTENT] expertise to all the clients!
Contras:
The deadline to pay invoices - 1 week is very short to proceed all the documents internally.

This review is for the members of the Customer Support team, especially Patricia, who helps ever so patiently through the processes of off boarding an individual. My thanks to everyone on the team that I have dealt with. Everyone is polite, helpful and genuinely interested in solving the problem.

I thought it was bad until we've switched to a competitor

- Overall the UI is really intuitive and easy to navigate - very straightforward onboarding - lots of good resources to assist with info on each country and their own regulations - easy way to submit expenses and a clear dashboard of where things are at.
Contras:
-they are a victim of their own success support takes ages to get back to you. -original bundles of benefits were somewhat dubious in the UK ( a no name pension provider and medical) -not really geared for contractors but more for remote employees
Easy to use employer of record
