> **Puntos a favor**: We appreciate the option to suggest a new store (or store address) to Keynest since we have a 300 homes portfolio across London in constant change. Moreover, the customer service team is very responsive and resolutive.

> **Puntos en contra**: I know the fact (I have seen it with my own eyes) that store managers NOT ALWAYS scan the keys as soon as they receive it. They leave it on the countertop and keep attending other clients putting at-risk the home safety. Moreover, it is pretty common that they don't have their Keynest phone operative (most of the time they have it without the battery charged) creating a delay in the whole operations process. Lastly, occasionally the stores don't honour their opening hours (mostly during weekends) creating a huge delay in the operations process

> Overall, I would say that the idea is good but the processes should be followed better. I think that Keynest itself offers good service (customer service team) but the partners (store managers) are not as professional as Keynest staff.

> Very Good. KeyNest eliminates the need for in-person key exchanges, keeping everything organized. The flexible access make it easy for our team to efficiently manage keys, ultimately improving our operations.
