There are specific follow-ups for each area of improvement--websites, readings, tips, etc. So each person being evaluated receives not only a critique, but professionally chosen resources for how to improve in that specific area. People (both evaluators, who want to be helpful, and those evaluated) really appreciate this. 3. The ability to compare oneself not only to local norms but also to a much larger population gives everyone confidence that there is a lot of research and data behind the results. 4. The price is very reasonable, especially for the value received. > > **Puntos en contra**: Honestly, to get anything better (meaning more customized) would cost many multiples of the G360. To get all that is included (including all the follow-up resources) at this price is remarkable. > > I used G360 surveys with university-level business students after they had done considerable work together in teams. As you can imagine, young people can often have an undeveloped view of how they impact other people for good or for ill. Getting this kind of feedback specific to each of them, along with the follow-up resources, is very useful and productive at this stage of life. Some students get newfound encouragement and confidence from the process, while others get corrective feedback in a very honest but low-risk way.
