I will say that given this is for the most part a turnkey solution, if you need something specific, they have the talent to accommodate, but it may be at a cost to do any custom work. However, they are very fair, and they continue to invest in the platform, which is excellent. Also, with any new service there is a learning curve, so you do have to invest some time as expected, but they are right there side-by-side to ensure you have the support needed.
