So there is no value for the money you pay because they are costing you more money. There is no one person for phone support and when you leave a message, they never return your call. Billing can be tricky at first but once you find your way, it is a breeze. The value for the money is priceless. It is a complete system that making running my practice easy. If I get a hiccup in claims, charting etc, the support staff is helpful, friendly and on point. Scheduling is easy and very manageable for all involved.
