I am the least technical person, but salon tracker is so easy to you.
Contras:
There were a couple of small issues initially but the remote assistance is fantastic, so everything got resolved on the spot. There’s not much to fault really.

Comentarios: Overall I've been so impressed with salon tracker. It's got everything ive needed to set up my tanning business. Im amazed everyday by how well it integrates with my tmax, card reader and much more. It's enabled us to provide a quick, seamless and professional customer experience. Being able to operate the whole studio from salon tracker really is great.
Puntos a favor:
Operating our sunbeds using Salon Tracker is super quick, easy, professional and seamless. Equally the thumbprint and card reader integrations are fantastic and make for seamless transactions. Customer support on hand and remote connect is great.
Contras:
I feel like this software has room for some improvement to be even better . Examples include:- clearer/larger user interfaces for easy info input. Sometimes it can look very overwhelming and complicated to less experienced members of staff.- integrations with our personal website so bookings could also be made on there and pulled through to the calender- feature where you can mark deposits as not yet paid(eg if a customer comes in with cash later) without having to cancel them off - sometimes some members of staff with customer support didnt seem to know what they're doing and when ive spoken to other people theyve been much more helpful and really great. Sometimes it feels like the person im speaking to isnt 100% familiar with how to do everything.

Comentarios: It's ok. I have had multiple account managers and it's very limited support within office hours.

The ability to see the columns for all staff on a daily, weekly or monthly view.
Contras:
The fact we have to pay add ons for SMS reminders and email marketing. The online booking system also needs finessing as it doesn't look finished.

Comentarios: I’ve used salon tracker since it hit the market. It’s an important tool for my business which has helped me open further locations. Linked with the T maxx timers it has helped ensure the security of the day to day operation of each salon

The software is easy to use, meaning minimal training is needed for new staff members. The support team is amazing. They are patient and helpful even when issues aren't directly related to the software. They’re also proactive in looking for areas of improvement in new releases. Unlike other software I have used salon tracker has constant investment and improvement. The system make the operation of the business a lot more secure which gives confidence when employing new staff members.
Contras:
I don’t really have any negatives as it makes the everyday running of the business much easier and secure. Price wise my package is at the higher end of the scale but again needed so I can manage the software remotely using the HQ

The whole migration process to SalonTracker was seamless, the tech team took over and migrated our customers on to Salon Tracker in no time at all. Everything about Salon Tracker has been amazing. The support my team and I have had from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is second to none, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been there, every step of the way. We have made endless calls to her. She has always been on hand to help, nothing is too much trouble for [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. The remote access is great, the Salon Tracker team take over and set everything up for you, packages, prices, products.
