Our dedicated support team is always available to answer questions, and they regularly meet with us to develop creative solutions tailored to our club's operational needs. Occasionally, a small configuration issue within the many back-office setup options can cause a specific feature or function to stop working. While these issues are typically resolvable, they can take some time to identify and troubleshoot. > > I love it\! There are very few operational challenges our team brings to me that I can't find a way for Northstar to support. Over the past few years, we have expanded how we use the platform throughout the club. Garbage In, Garbage Out. We brought a lot of garbage to the table, and that led to challenges with the implementation team and out accounting team. > > Northstar is delivering on the promise of having everything we need on one platform. Our biggest frustration before Northstar was that our POA/accounting, golf, food \& beverage, and recreation facility operations were all set up with different best-in-class systems. The Northstar approach pulls everything we need onto the same environment. It's not easy, but it's worth it. The process has not been as smooth as we would have liked, but we're pleased with how responsive the support team has been over time.
