The portal is not user friendly, yet we are being forced to utilize it. The US is a serviced based country, yet human interaction is never on the forefront of the business. > > In my opinion we were sold a dream. The level of support is nonexistent. Over time, I’ve become comfortable troubleshooting issues, managing our EDI processes, and making changes on my own.
